Very easy to use once you learn what each button does. I like the convenience of being able to use both the carafe and the pods for single use scenarios.

Makes excellent coffee. Convenient to make a full pot of coffee or a single cup

This product is very easy to use. I like the convenience of using single cup for myself but also can use the 12 cup when I have company. It was easy to set up and instructions were very good. The instruction book makes it handy for using the coffee maker and maintaining it.

Straight up awesome. I’ve always appreciated the convenience of the K Cups but never owned a Keurig because my wife and I are adults and drink real amounts of coffee in the morning. This is perfect because it has both options and let’s you select the volume on both carafe and K-cup settings. Also unlike a lot of the single cup makers I’ve used you just turn it on, select mode/size, and hit go, and it pours as soon as the water is hot vs having to wait to select your size. There is a “strong” setting too which is basically just a slow drip but I like it as I feel most of the K-cups are a little weak. I normally drink coffee in the mornings and I’m done, but with the K-cups I can get a little jolt mid day if I need it or it’s really handy for making hot tea or cocoa (I’m a grown child). Last, as a bonus the thing just looks nice and feels well made. Double bonus I got the idea because my in-laws have one but I hated how their carafe always had a little drip after your pour, but ours is about 6 months newer and the spout looks different so it looks like the nerds at Keurig fixed that one. Buy it, and if it’s on deal of the day don’t even question buying it.

I was a little concerned at first when we began using this pot, because the coffee produced from the (purchased separately) refillable K cups was not great, and the Green Mountain, and similar widely available K cups that we have sampled elsewhere were not impressive. However, purchasing cups by Peets and Starbucks made a huge difference. Also we have to use a little more coffee in the brew pot than our previous appliance, but that's OK, it does make a good cup of coffee. We really enjoy the convenience of the K-Cup side, as well. Note to those who want to use the refillable cups - I ripped apart a used K cup. There is an miniature flat-bottomed filter in there, as well as a small plastic "screen." Together, these two elements slow down the brew to make a more robust brew.

I dare you to find a more convenient device! My eight-year-old Keurig was no longer functioning and I still had quite a few cans of coffee to go through, so I needed something that combined the capabilities of a traditional coffee maker and the convenience of the Keurig. So I found this and so far, so good, after a month of use (and I am profoundly addicted to coffee). I program the traditional coffee maker side when I know I need the coffee the next morning, and when I need just a cup or two, I have the Keurig side to tide me over (or tea if I so desire). The real test, of course, is the longevity one, but as it stands so far, I am very impressed.

I love the convenience of choosing the single K-Cup option or brewing a full pot! This coffee maker is easy to clean, and quickly makes hot coffee! The programming feature is also very easy to use.

This is a great item. We use this at my office and we can decide whether we want make single K cups or a full pot of coffee. We enjoy the convenience of this item at our hands anytime. Very simple to use.

Works great. Like the convenience of the Duo Coffee options. Only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is that we had to go online and purchase water filter attachment, a reusable carafe filter and a reusable k-cup filter separately! This product is still plastic and has slightly visible flaws (as most products do) and the 3 items I mentioned should have been included in the box. As it stands, we had to pay about $50 for them!! Tsk, tsk!!!!!

This is so convenient for me on weekends I use the coffee on weekdays I use the single cup to go. And it is so easy to use. I love it and I recommend this product.

This coffee maker is great. I always like the convenience of using a pod to make a cup, but it’s also very nice to be able to make a full pot when I have guests over.

Love this duo coffee pot! I have a hybrid work schedule where I’m up earlier couple days a week than rest of week so being able to make a pot or single cup is really convenient!

I love the convenience of having both k-cup and regular pot of coffee available.... with the amount of plastic it is constructed out of the price likely could have been far lower.

I love this machine, it is convenient because I can make single cups for myself or if we have company I can brew a pot.

This not only looks better than the older models, I believe it actually is easier to use and makes the drinks hotter. I love this thing. I'm not sure what I would do without it around the house.

Convenient to have both keurig single and pot in one machine, but the carafe leaked when pouring. Waited 2 weeks for Keurig to send a replacement
