    We have had this coffee machine since September. It has been a headache. It often does not brew proper amount of coffee. I will select 8 cups and this is my end result as shown in the picture. We have cleaned it once a week and it will brew a small amount and then just stop. Very disappointed in this product.

    Love it-works perfectly. It’s even apparently a newer model then one a different company sent me that was defective. Pleasantly surprised and grateful.

    The Kcup portion of this product never worked. Didn’t notice it until quite some time later and ended up buying a new coffee machine with similar set up by a different brand. Highly disappointing being that this is a Keurig and the amount of money I invested in this.

    I've had this since April and it quit working already! It will make a pot of coffee when you want a cup and a cup when you want a pot. :(

    Worse coffee maker I've ever owned, worked ok for about a week, then wouldn't pump the water through, put vinegar through it and would work for like 3 or 4 times then repeat , every other day . Returned to store for another, hoping it's not defective!! By the way, KEURIG has the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with , after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls, WAST OF TIME !!!!!

    I’m on my second one in 2 months. We bought our first one and it worked great for 2 weeks. After that it would not brew any more the a couple of cups in the carafe side. We bought the extended warranty and returned for a new one. After about a week with the new one the same thing started to happen. I would not recommend this to anyone. I now have to drive over 90 miles again to return this one and get something different.

    At first this worked great but after 4 weeks the carafe side stopped working, and after 5 weeks the kcup side is not working. Trying to resolve through Keurig - but very frustrated.

    Did not work correctly right out of the box. K-cup side worked fine but the 12 cup carafe side would not brew anywhere close to the number of cups it was set for. We tried numerous times at different settings without any success. A check of reviews and found that many experienced similar results. This one is going back. No more Keurig for us.

    It had to be returned. After several individual cups which worked fine, it made one pot that did not stay heated. Then it would not turn on again. Liked the size and idea, but it was defective.

    right out of the box didn't work called Keurig they said it was defective. customer service was poor

    Less and less cups brewed

    This coffee maker started off great. The benefit of having one coffee maker that could make a full pot of coffee and a single serving was great, but that was short-lived. Within about 2 months we started to notice that the cups brewed were less than the number of cups we set to make and it got progressively worse over time. It started with half a cup not brewed and we finally contacted Keurig when we set the coffee pot to make 12 cups and it would only make 9 cups of coffee. We looked online to see if anyone was having the same issue, but no one else seemed to say that they were having a similar issue. We cleaned and maintained the coffee maker properly since we use it a lot. Keurig sent us a warranty replacement about 3 months ago and we are having the same issue again. I will call this one a wash and just go with something else.
