    I really loved this coffee maker! I say 'loved' because it stopped working after 2 months (otherwise I'd give it 5 stars). It was returned to store and replaced with a Cuisinart duo coffee maker. Not sure what went wrong, but when trying to brew anything, pressing the brew button would turn off the machine all together. This was the first coffee maker I've had that had a separate water container, rather than pouring the water into a reservoir. I loved the separate container because it made it easier to clean, dry, and avoid calcium build up. Even though the look of the Cuisinart coffee maker is more appealing, this Keurig was overall better in my opinion.

    Love the concept of the duo. Can make coffee for large groups of folks if they come over, or just a single cup in the morning if I am feeling lazy. The problem is the machine stopped working almost exactly 1 year after purchase. Luckily I got the warranty from BBY taking it back to exchange. Will give the duo one more shot before switching to another coffee maker/brand.

    Only lasted a year before it stopped working. The unit will turn on but it will not heat and serve when requested. Very disappointed.

    I purchased two of these back in may 2020. Loved the ability to brew single cups and a pot for guests. Unfortunately, they have both stop working within a week of each other this week. One will not even turn on, the other just heats up and no water ever pumps out. This happen a month again we ran a clean cycle and it work again until now.

    This item is nice in concept, but not very useful. You can't reheat the coffe or leavethe burner on. I used it one time and it stopped working all together. I wouldn't recommend this item.

    Stooped working after 4 months can't return it

    Was great until stopped working completely after 4 months. I thought that i just needed to clean the filter and i bought two different keurig cleaning system but the water stopped running thought the machine and nothing is coming out now. I didn't even pay this yet

    This product was just what I wanted when I first purchased it. Exactly 30 days after bringing it home it stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting suggestions and it it won't even turn on. I plan on returning it after the holidays and hope I receive a new machine or a refund.

    Worst coffee maker ever owned by us

    This is without a doubt the most troublesome coffee maker we have ever purchased. We have hard water, however, this machine requires weekly descaling if you make coffee by the carafe, and the descaling process takes about 6-7 hours. We have had ours for six months now and it has stopped working. Very disappointing.

    Quit working within 8 months of purchase worked great until then but not worth the money for only 8 months

    Worked for about one month slowed and I descaled it. Worked for one week and now won’t deliver any water to the cup. It will be replaced under warranty. I have a Keurig classic and I am pleased with that model.

    My Keurig- K-Duo 12 cup coffee maker stopped working after a week of use. I have tried calling to see about exchanging it but cannot reach anyone to help me. Very disappointed.

    The coffee maker is just okay. I had to call keurig for a replacement. The first one had a leak somewhere, the next one kept turning off and the third one just stopped working completely.

    Worked well but stopped working 28 months after purchase. As per Keurig support regarding the error code it generates, the unit cannot be fixed.
