    Annoyingly, this coffee maker stopped working after only a 1 year and 3 months.. Since 3 months past warranty, Keurig won't replace item and offered a 25% discount towards a new one. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this purchase as coffee makers in the past have lasted 5-10 years. On top of this issue, we mainly used k-cups side, which made an ok cup of coffee, but I never felt that the carafe brewed a very good cup of coffee. It also cannot use a gold filter so that's yet another annoyance, you need to use paper filters which I think changes the coffee taste. Overall very disappointed!

    Purchased November 2023, by April 2024 it was dead. During the few short months it did work it was infuriating, getting more coffee on the counter than in the cup. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy this coffee maker.

    Loved the concept of one machine with two functions but there’s multiple design flaws that Keurig should work on. Machine over time stopped recognizing that these is water and have to disconnect from wall and reconnect for it to know there is water in compartment. Second design problem that the carafe leaks when serving coffee. It does not matter the position I use when serving. Have to have a towel there to control the mess. Ready to throw away

    6 months into owning this paint is already peeling where the pot sits, very disappointing with how much this cost and it already showing wear and tear and I only use it on the weekends

    I decided to upgrade from a drip coffee maker to this and at first I was very happy, and it made excellent coffee! After 10 days i cleaned the unit by running white vinegar through it. Two days later it made the most disgusting thing I've ever drank, and then it never turned on again. I was floored that this just stopped working. I exchanged the product for a Ninja coffee maker and no problems so far!

    I am extremely disappointed by the performance of my new Keurig machine. I was excited to be able to enjoy both regular drip coffee and single-cup brews with this machine. Now, it is completely out of commission. I purchased the machine in April, and it failed just two months later. I am frustrated that I am unable to return or replace it. Considering the reputation and price of Keurig products, I expected this machine to last much longer – at least a year. I also believe that Best Buy should allow me to return or replace the item, as it failed just two months after purchase through no fault of my own.

    This Keurig- k-duo 12 cup coffee maker doesn’t make a full pot. I’ve set it for 12 cups came back a few minutes later and it’s shut off after only making 2cups I’ve descaled it but same results. The single cup works well.

    Only lasted a year before it stopped working. The unit will turn on but it will not heat and serve when requested. Very disappointed.

    Quit working after 5 months and had to return the unit. It stopped working after just 5 months and that was with only using filtered water in the unit for the entirety of ownership. I bought the 2 year Geek Squad warranty to cover it. I was told upon return that if I wanted the replacement unit to have the warranty I had already purchased for a 2 year term that it would need to be repurchased after just 6 months of a supposed 2 year coverage term. So not only was this Kurig KDuo a dud but the warranty is apparently no better. This along with a few other reasons is why I will no longer be shopping at or with Best Buy. Their phone support is almost completely automated and when you do get through after waiting 10 mins or longer expect to be disconnected/hung up on at least once and then starting the waiting/hold process all over again. It would appear that buying in bulk as well as older units has a definite effect on quality of product. This combined with becoming far to political has led me to the decision that my money is better spent elsewhere.

    First off not Best Buy’s fault at all. Best Buy gets a 5 star. Keurig not so much. At first it was great. After a month of using the pot started leaking. The lid gets hot, and warps. So it’s no longer spill proof. Make sure your over the sink pouring. Then the basket started overflowing coffee grains into the pot, and machine. If I could return and get a different coffee machine I absolutely would.

    Leaking Carafe - Known Issue

    Bought the Duo and was enjoying it until I realized that the carafe leaks over the counter when pouring 8/10 times. Looked online and this is a known issue which still hasnt been addressed by Keurig. Just google “Keurig Duo leaking carafe” and you’ll see. Now arguing with them to give a refund since Im past the Best Buy return timeframe. This is a great coffeemaker but completely useless if the carafe leaks.

    Purchased 7 Apr 23. Died today, 12 May 24 This is my third Keurig in a row to die within 18 months of purchase. And, yes, I take care of them. Avoid these coffee makers like the plague. Very cheaply built now.

    I purchased two of these back in may 2020. Loved the ability to brew single cups and a pot for guests. Unfortunately, they have both stop working within a week of each other this week. One will not even turn on, the other just heats up and no water ever pumps out. This happen a month again we ran a clean cycle and it work again until now.

    This item is nice in concept, but not very useful. You can't reheat the coffe or leavethe burner on. I used it one time and it stopped working all together. I wouldn't recommend this item.

    Honestly - it sucks. Worst coffee maker with more glitches than a microsoft computer. it turns off automatically. Even if its plugged in. Takes forever to warm back up. Often it is unable to make a cup of coffee because it doesnt register the water tank or that a pod is in there. Super disappointed. Cant wait to take this thing out back and destroy it with a bat like office space. Going to find a new coffee maker this week because i cant take it anymore!!!

    Fancy bland

    I figured Keurig would make good coffee, but the other brands do it better, even with k-cups! I bought this in May and it didn't even last the whole year. We descaled it 2 or 3 times since we bought it and now it is giving us a 1r error message and wont do anything. I'll call tech support today, but the coffee maker this replaced still works after 3.5 years. But how was the coffee when it did work? Kinda bland actually. I was able to do a direct comparison since it broke and I dusted off our old Hamilton Beach Flex brew. The Flex Brew make a much for flavorful coffee and I was using k-cups from the same box. This machine is also ridiculously complex to use. Just making a regular pot requires too many button presses. When my parents came over they couldn't figure it out at all. I'd recommend the Flex Brew over this any day. Better coffee, easier to use, and last more that SIX MONTHS!!!

    They really need to bring back the old Duo models with the carafe because these new models are AWFUL!!! I bought one for myself & one for my sister for Christmas. Both have broken within 6 & 7 months of use! I had my previous one for 11 years and it was amazing. These newer ones are just garbage.

    Does not get really warm. It's hard to get the heated plate to come back on if you are using and need it to stay warm for more than a couple hours. I do NOT recommend.
