Makes a Great Cup of Coffee with either side of the unit. Water revivor is a little hard for a short person to reach, but better than some other competitors brands. They will also have to redesign their carafe mouth as it drips when pouring. All in All I would buy this product again.

Duo option is great! On the downside, water tank is awkward to fill when machine is placed on counter underneath upper cabinets. Silver plastic trim on bottom of machine scratches easily when placing coffee mug on single serve tray.

Being able to use K-Cups for single serving and a regular coffee maker to make a batch for when guests are over is great! Easy to use and set up. The water tank is removable to make filling it up easy, mine did leak once, might have been me not placing it in all the way since I’ve only noticed it once

Not convenient with the water tank in the back of the unit

I moved to this from a Keurig 2 so that I could make a pot of coffee once in awhile. It works great but I wish the water reservoir was bigger, It does work great with my big coffee cups on the K-cup side.

I love the multiple feature. It is great to brew a single cup while you wait for the pot. However the reservoir does not use all the water and you can only get 10 cups per brew.

We really like the convenience of having both the single serve cups or a pot of coffee in the morning. The carafe does leak at the top and we will be returning it for a new one.

Love it, great option for families or for individual cups. Traded in my old single Keurig for this one and it was a good move. Just wish the water reservoir was a big larger.

Great Coffeemaker only issue is the Carafe starts to Leak when pouring a cup of coffee. I pour it over the sink. The only flaw to this maker otherwise we love it

Carafe, from day one, dribbles and leaks at the pour spout. Doesn’t matter if you pour fast, slow, open the lid or close it. We have to keep a dish towel under the counter or pour over the sink. Water canister cracked near the top within a month. Contacted Keurig and they want me to talk to someone over the phone. Don’t list an email service choice if you’re only going to direct me to a third-party call center. The Keurig pod features work well, as does the regular brewer. Both offer multiple sizes and brew quickly. The best I can give this is 2 stars. Would not recommend.

Love all Keurig products, including this one, but the carafe leaks when I pour, which is irritating. Still use it daily.

Works great! Wish the water reservoir was slightly bigger but other than that we love it!

Would've gave it five but there is two big problems. 1) the pot leaks like a siv, I remember my mother's having a similar issue. 2) the reserve tank has to be filled a bit while brewing or it says add water towards the end. The individual maker is nice though. (Didnt come with single brew ground k-cup, disappointment)

Works great. Brews quick. Just wish it had a bigger water tank. Feel like I’m always refilling it.

Works great. The only bad thing I can say about the carafe when you pour the coffee in a cup make sure you’re over the sink. Pot likes to leak.

Machine works well, easy to use. The only negative is the carafe leaks everytime I pour coffee.

Water tank could have been larger. When making by the pot, you have to refill to often.

After around 3 months of use, the carafe simply shattered. Keurig has NONE in stock, which has persisted for over a month. They have no idea when they will have them !!! BAD DESIGN of carafe causes coffee to leak onto counter when pouring. BAD DESIGN of carafe apparently causes them to break quite easily. HORRIBLE Keurig customer service promises customer care will call you back -- but that NEVER happens.

i liked the idea but being from keurig i thought they would have put a little more effort into making the carafe also... wrong!!! if you pour too quickly it leaks.... you have to get used to having pour slowly or over the sink... the K cup part works flawlessly tho!
