    Having the option of choosing between the carafe and a K-cup is nice, especially when I'm wanting to make enough for guests. The carafe itself, however, is not very good. If you have more than a few cups of coffee inside it, it'll leak down the side when you try to pour the coffee into a cup. I often have to compensate by making more coffee than needed since a good amount pours down the side (no matter how slow I pour it).

    New double coffee maker

    Coffee maker is ok. Problem is the water reservoir part is cracked. I noticed it on second time i made coffee as i did not know where water was leaking from. K cup i have not used yet.

    Bought the Duo and was enjoying it until I realized that the carafe leaks over the counter when pouring 8/10 times. Looked online and this is a known issue which still hasnt been addressed by Keurig. Just google “Keurig Duo leaking carafe” and you’ll see. Now arguing with them to give a refund since Im past the Best Buy return timeframe. This is a great coffeemaker but completely useless if the carafe leaks.

    Typical single serve function works okay, like other Keurig. Drip maker has some issues if not perfectly aligned. Water fill tank in a bad spot and hard to handle design.

    Honestly - it sucks. Worst coffee maker with more glitches than a microsoft computer. it turns off automatically. Even if its plugged in. Takes forever to warm back up. Often it is unable to make a cup of coffee because it doesnt register the water tank or that a pod is in there. Super disappointed. Cant wait to take this thing out back and destroy it with a bat like office space. Going to find a new coffee maker this week because i cant take it anymore!!!

    After using a Cuisinart for 20+ years, this coffee maker pales in comparison. Coffee tastes like plastic. Also, every single time I pour a cup of coffee, the carafe leaks somewhere around the rim, so there's a puddle on the counter. Very disappointed, overall.

    Carafe spills every time.

    From the start the carafe leaked every time you went to pour a cup. I called Keurig and got a replacement carafe. it does the same exact thing. Also after cleaning with Keurig cleaning solution several times, I cannot get the Descaling light to go off. It makes good coffee, too bad some always ends up on my counter or floor. I have taken to pouring over the sink. Ugh!

    Unit did not work. Directions are poor. Awkward having water tank in back of unit if you have on countertop under cabinets.

    Easy to use and efficient. Makes a good cup whether through the carafe or the single-serve quickly. I like the drain stand for the single-serve is removable. Makes room for tall travel mug. Only wish it had a larger water tank. I'm constantly filling it

    The coffee maker is outstanding like all Keurig products. It makes good coffee with either the K pods or using bulk coffee. We found the water reservoir a little difficult to maneuver when the unit is under an above the counter shelf, but using a large measuring cup to fill it makes for an easy fill. The problem with the unit is that the pot itself is very poorly designed in that it is almost impossible to pour a cup without having it spill all over the counter. Keurig should send a properly designed pot to all purchasers who register their unit.

    Keurig 12 cup and single coffee maker

    I've owned the Keurig one cup for years and decided it was time to get the coffee maker and single serve combo. It sits on the counter nicely and doesn't take up much more room than the single serve. It's a bit difficult to fill the water reservoir but manageable.

    We have had the brewer a few weeks. At first it was great, love having the option for a pot ir single cup. The only problem is the carafe leaks. It didn't leak at first but now we have to pour our cups over the sink or coffee gets everywhere.
