I bought this coffee maker a few days after it was released and let me tell you it’s the best purchase I have ever made. I’ve been drinking a lot of coffee since then hahaha! I like how you can make a whole pot of coffee or a single.

After my last Keurig started having issues, I started looking for a replacement. This one is great because the tank moves to free up some counter space. I like that it has the carafe option and does the pods as well. I'm still trying to figure out how to make a carafe of less then 12 cups with out it turning too watery.

My wife and I enjoy the versatility of this coffee maker. It works wonderfully for making our coffee in the morning and the carafe keeps it hot (and I mean really good and hot) until we've finished the pot. We also use it during the day with K-cup beverages, My K-cup (for a single serve coffee), or just hot water for a tea bag. We have never been disappointed with the results. The only trouble I've had is setting the automatic function. I always get it to work, but I have to make several tries before I'm successful. I think it is operator error, but it shouldn't be so hard to do. But, we don't use that feature often. We are pleased that it has a smaller footprint than our previous coffee maker and much smaller than the older K-Duo model which I would not buy because it was so big. This one is the right size for our coffee nook. It has a charcoal filter that can go in the water reservoir, but we don't use it as we use our filtered drinking water. The stem that holds the reservoir filter gets in the way of filling and causes splashes, so we have removed it. We are very pleased with our purchase even though it was a bit pricey. The tasty beverages it delivers are well worth it.

I love this Keurig! When I need a quick cup I use my Kcups but for the most part when my fiancee and I have breakfast we make a pot. The specific size options help as I can make enough for multiple cups and/or multiple people. The permanent filter is great and easy to clean. The carafe is great and keeps the coffee hot for hours!

Very good machine ! The coffee is made hotter than our last 200 Keurig..Hope it lasts longer than the old one. After two years it would leak water all over the counter top.. Very happy that we had a Geek Squad warranty on the old one...And we bought another Geek Squad warranty on the new one too !

Absolutely LOVE being able to have both options in one machine! Hogging up less counter space and still being able to brew one cup with the K cup or an entire carafe with the brew basket. Plus you get the option to easily move around the water tank to fit your counter setup perfectly.

Awesome quality coffee, perfect temperature. Doesn’t take the universal K-Cup coffee grounds loader though, and I still haven’t figured out where to purchase one that fits correctly...

We were looking for an upgrade from out older keurig. This one is great, the metal coffee pot keeps coffee warm for several hours! We got this while it was on sale and were able to use coupons with our purchase.

This machine has the flexibility to do a full carafe when you have family over say for Easter and Thanksgiving (in a pandemic free world of course); as well as fill your cup with up to four different fill levels, so no more wasted coffee. Easy to clean and filter is also easy to change.

I am disappointed in the quality of this coffee maker. It does not brew the coffee the first time you start it. It takes 2 or 3 times before it starts and sometimes only brews a partial pot before it shuts off. Now, after having it about 6 months doesn’t brew either a pot or a cup.

I love this drip/k-cup combo. The slender size gives me more space to add a plant. The stainless steel carafe stays hot and the machine cuts off after brewing which I like. The k-cup stream doesn't splatter at all. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Works well. Not much different than the older models other than the movable water reservoir. It’s nice looking, but hoped it would be more of an improvement over the last models. It is a great space saver if you like drip coffee and k cups.

Kcup or drip is finally in my home and only 1 machine. Everything is perfect with this coffee maker so far. The only thing I noticed is theres no burner plate to keep pot warm but the insulated carafe has stayed warm for a few hours when we programmed it.

Works great. Kcups and drip brew. Very slim Only complaint would being able to get all of the coffee out the karafe. There is a lip inside that prevents it all from coming out but no need for less stars

my husband LOVES this machine. does a great k cup of coffee and also love the versatile use for a big pot. Only thing is you cant make anything less than 4 servings in the big pot....

I would recommend this due to the fact you have the option to make one cup (6, 8, 10, or 12 oz) or a pot (6, 8, 10, or 12 cups). We entertain a lot and this has been the perfect coffee maker for us. We also have one that makes lattes and cappuccinos. Both good machines!
