We love our new coffee maker. Filling the water supply is so much easier than pouring it from the pot. In addition, brewing coffee is so quick. It doesn't take up much space and looks great where we have it.

I bought this for my future son-in-law and he is crazy about it it works wonderful and makes wonderful coffee very happy with the purchase

I am in love with this version of Keurig. It has soooo many feature from single serve with K-cup, to a whole carafe, cold brew, a clock, and a setting to program your carafe. Easy to use. Doesn’t take long to turn on and heat water. It doesn’t make a lot of noise. Truly amazing.

My last kduo essentials stopped working so i decided to go for an upgraded kduo. I do not regret the upgrade at all. Very well made and makes coffee super fast. Got this on sale and you cant beat the price. I took out the extended warranty with best buy just to make sure.

This version much improved! It’s quieter and the water is hotter. The warming plate is hotter as well. This glass carafe doesn’t drip at the spout when pouring the coffee into a cup. I like the coffee grounds basket is deeper than the older version. The lid covering the grounds basket is heavier constructed and little larger which makes it seem like higher quality and better construction. Overall much improved and worth the price paid. Also I’m a Best Buy Total member and love I have two years coverage on this product.

This machine makes very hot coffee and fast. The full pot of coffe is super nice when you have company over.

I absolutely LOVE this keurig! Its super easy to use, and comes in handy when I have guests over and need to make more than one cup at a time.

If you are a pot a day house, its well worth it. Easy to use and clean.

I have owned previous Keurig models and the pot leaked when you poured your coffee. Not this model. I like the convenience of both using the coffee pot or individual pods.

Just the coffee pot I was looking for, I really like having both options.

Love this coffee maker! In the last two years Ive had a Cuisinart and a Braun and this Kerug beats them both all the way around. I also love having the option to brew a single cup with a pod. I highly recommend this coffee maker!

I was excited to try the Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, but unfortunately, it hasn't quite met my expectations. Pros: - Versatile brewing options (single-serve and carafe) - Large 60oz water reservoir Cons: - Cleaning is not easy, especially the carafe and brew head - The machine is quite bulky, taking up valuable counter space - Accessing the water reservoir can be a challenge, especially when the machine is placed under a cabinet Overall, while the K-Duo offers some convenient features, its design flaws and cleaning difficulties make it a less-than-ideal choice for me. *Recommendation:* If you're looking for a compact and easy-to-clean coffee maker, you may want to consider alternative options. However, if you prioritize versatility and are willing to tolerate some design limitations, the K-Duo might still be worth considering.

Works excellent, use it everyday before leaving for work.

It was working perfectly every morning just purchased in april 2025 amd now i habe to replace the whole unit. I used multiple outlets and i cant get the item to turn back on. Never had issues like this. Not to happy wirh rhis product.

I unboxed this coffee maker only to find that there was no pot. How am I supposed to make coffee without it? Does the pot come separately, or is it included with the coffee maker? Who can resolve this?
