Pros: large reservoir Cons: looks and weighs like very cheap plastic material, feel the same about the look and feel of the actual coffee pot.

The fact that you have to either waste coffee OR use multiple pods to make a 3-4 cup pot is frustrating.

The K cup side seems to work well and makes a good hot cup of coffee. The miss is on the carafe side. The coffee comes out lukewarm, and after having made quite a few pots, it still has an odd plastic taste to it. I was hoping this machine would be the ticket for ease in the morning and half of it is, however, the other half is not. It is also on the expensive side given the fact the carafe does not produce good coffee.

Looks like they changed the lower needle comoared to my older model keurig. Or the needle was defective. Returned it, and went back to using the older keurig.

Oh and to turn on and set carafe or k up is a fun rewarding task cause it will light up the wrong brew. So you get to unplug and try again. Yay waking up to a miserable experience!

The amount of cofee it brews for single cul or the cofee pot is not consistent at all. The biggest problem is i get a “error 8 add water” code almost every time I make a pot of cofee. The worst coffee maker I have ever used.
