Whether you are making a pot of coffee or just one cup... this is easy to use and is well built... well worth the money!

This thing ROCKS! Its a shame that BB will no longer be carrying Keurig products...so if this is available, GRAB IT NOW! Makes a grewt cup of coffee, has the option to make a pot if you want more than a single serving, and even does Iced coffee! Replaced another first-gen Keurig, and it has been greatly improved. Recommended purchase.

No problems so far. Had it for about a month now.
Makes coffee EXTREMELY fast and is an incredible upgrade from our last coffee maker. The K-Cup addition is extremely simple and easy for anyone to use as well as clean. The interface is super simple for however much coffee you want to make.

Only purchase if it is on sale for one hundred dollars. I purchased it for one hundred sixty, then 20ish days later it went on sale for one hundred (actually a penny less than one hundred). I thought awesome I can do a price match – how wrong I was. As a longtime loyal Best Buy customer, I used to get a 45-day return/price match window for spending xxxx+ dollars a year. Since I have not purchased their “paid” membership – My Best Buy Plus or Total – I am no longer a “loyal” customer, but a “standard” customer and only get an unreasonable 15 day return/price match window…..so much for being loyal all these years. The reason I would only purchase this coffee maker when it is on sale for one hundred is because that is all it is worth. It makes good coffee, but no better than my old Hamilton Beach Flex Brew that died after many years. The only real plus to this coffee maker over my old is the larger water reservoir. The downside is that you are limited to 6, 8, 10, 12 cup/oz amounts. My old coffee maker could make anything between 2 and 12 cups. I have not used the over ice feature, so I cannot say yet if that is a bonus or not.

I really like this. I’m a coffee drinker so it was the best thing to buy for me. I like how when I run out of K cups I can use the other pot to make coffee and it taste just as good. I would recommend this.
We're happy to learn that you can always brew the perfect amount of coffee with your K-Duo coffee maker! Enjoy Christopher!

I had a year old Cuisinart series S S -16. The instructions on how to operate very confusing and started leaking from underneath. As I had a Keurig before and never had any problems, single serve. Chose a K-Duo single serve. Best move I made along with ordering from Best Buy.

So far so good. I love the large removable tank in the back that makes it easy to fill with water. Product is made durable. I also love the shape of the pot. It is designed in a way that prevents spills and easy to pour. I think this is the best coffee machine I had so far.

Perfect for my airbnb with a lot of guests! They get the option to make a quick cup on their own with a pod, or a larger pot of coffee for multiple people.

Both the pot and the cup make a great cup of coffee. The manual was simple, factual and easy to read. I felt I had everything I needed to know about it in 5-10 minutes. It is simple to understand and use.

Got tired of buying a machine that only lasted 1 year, $199.99 down the drain. This setup was just what was looking for.
Price was right and the best of both worlds all in one place. K cup or pot of coffee right at your fingertips. Easy to use, quick setup and you can’t go wrong.

This is by far the best coffee maker Keurig has made, as it builds on all of the previous models they've released. It's easy to use and clean, and I love when you open and close the k-cup side that there's a satisfying click to let you know how well made it is.

I like that you can make both k cup and regular coffee. The only complaint i have is there is no option to brew less than 6 cups of regular coffee, and there is no way to brew less for regular coffee. Other than that everything is great.
