I love it...its very easy to operate and makes great coffee

This works great. It allows me to have either a single cup of coffee by myself, or it allows me to make a Pot of coffee when both me and my wife are sharing our mornings. The product has worked correctly without any issues of it breaking. After about 2 hours, the burner plate for the pot turns off. It is easy to turn back on by hitting the power button and then holding the pot button down.

I love this machine. I do pods for individuals and I brew a whole pot, put it in the fridge and then I make my mocha ice coffee. A whole pot last for 2 days. It's great, I got my friend to buy one too.

Works well. My wife loves it. It is a great space saver on the countertop.

I can’t say anything bad about it I really like it. I’m still getting used to it. I took a minute to figure out how to set the clock but we got it. He does a really good job making coffee. I haven’t used the coffee pot to make a lot of coffee yet but it’s done a very good job I think if you buy it, you’ll be very pleased with it.

Me and my family use it every day, had the black one and bought the silver version to match up with our stainless steel appliances. definitely blends in perfectly.

Love the ease. From the drop in pod to the ease of taking the water tank off to fill/wash it we really enjoy this machine. We got the replacement pods to save money and environment and the reusable coffee filter for the pot side. Not much negative we can say; maybe just that it would be nice to have a larger water container.

Great if you need to minimize counter space. Works as advertised. Two things: I wish the water reservoir held more water. And while it is nice having the auto shutoff feature; the default 'off' time is set too short.

This thing is super convenient. Wish there was more control over the carafe side when making traditional coffee because the minimum amount you have to make is quite a lot. So if you want a single cup of coffee you have to either do K-Cup or get pretty jacked up on multiple cups of coffee with the carafe side otherwise you are wasting coffee. Just having the Keurig in general has up to my coffee intake just because of the sheer convenience. I was able to cut back a lot on coffee prior to this machine because I didn't feel like making traditional coffee with grounds, filter, etc. Now if I want a cup of coffee I can have one within about 90 seconds!

Bought for our showroom coffee space in my business. Works great so far. Easy to use carafe and single cup at the same time. Don't get hung up on the negative reviews here.

Easy to use, fast and convenient, there ain’t much to it. Amazing product.

Works great and gives you the option of pot or single use pod. Quieter than our old Kuerig. Wish more of the components were dishwasher safe, but that is a minor issue. The footprint is small enough to sit on top of a K-cup pod storage unit. Definitely an upgrade from our old unit (single use Kuerig).

Best Xmas gift of 2023. Perfect combo for on the go Kuerig during the week and relaxing with 12 cups on the weekend. Just wish it had a sound when coffee is done.

the best of both worlds. If you have time to brew a cup or if you are on the go. This machine works great.

Bought this as a replacement to my dual kcup/coffee maker from Cuisinart. Great using a single reservoir as opposed to 2 tanks and makes coffee. My only complaint is that the coffee pot only stays warm for 2 hours and shuts off, which my Cuisinart has a warm setting that would essentially run as long as you wanted it to in 4 hour blocks. The design was well thought out with that mentioned exception. Auto on works great and glad the kcup doesn’t spit excessively as other coffee makers do. Great product for people who need to make one cup or a whole pot!

Just what I’m looking for a Keurig machine and then when you want to make a coffee for a bunch of people at once, it’s nice to be able to make a pot too and it will be in one Keurig machine. Nice little coffee maker.

Purchased this item as a Christmas present for my wife. She thoroughly enjoys it. Makes a splendid cup of coffee whether it's from a Keurig cup or from ground coffee. A wonderful product that I would recommend!
