Our old one was inefficient after 10-15 years, but there was no hesitation to buy a new one. It had served us well. Good brand. This new one a little more sophisticated, but we’ll get on to it soon.

many options, looks nice, is fast, comes with everything you need to start. I suggest useing filtered water in this device. It has its own filter but note that the reservoir will be holding room temp water also the kurig filters are a bit expensive.

This is my fourth Keurig coffee maker. My husband is an avid coffee drinker, and he enjoys being able to always have a fresh cup of coffee. The Keurig coffee maker is always ready to brew him a fresh cup, and we don't waste coffee.

Got this as a replacement to my first generation Keurig and glad I did! This machine is quiet, perfect dispense settings, and nice water reservoir. We enjoy mixing up our morning coffee with different brands and flavors. We love the option to change it up with every cup.

Very good product, easy to use . definitely on the expensive side , but of you dont have time to keep brewing coffee then this is definitely worth it

Better than Starbucks I use my Keurig every morning and it rules.

The color is very sophisticated and such an upgrade from our last one with the temperature settings and iced coffeee function!

Overall a great coffee maker. We love the options, especially the strong option. The clock and timer work perfectly, and the menu is easy to use. Two small issues: The size of the cups generally are smaller than other coffee makers. For example, the tallest cup just about fills up a regular size cup of coffee to the brim. The regular size setting doesn't seem to be large enough for a full cup of coffee. The other issue is that it's a bit more difficult to get the reservoir back into the holder. You have to hug the reservoir pretty tight to the machine, which can be a bit difficult when it's full of water. Overall I'd give it 4.5 stars, but we'll round up to 5.

Just what I was looking for. Pop the k cup inside push two buttons and it's ready to go.

Compared to the last version, I miss the chugging sounds, and the more upscale look and features. However this model seems to have it where it counts. It seems to be built better, with better internals. Also I like the cup size options right on top. What I don't like, is the reservoir- the lid is flimsy, and it is very difficult to view water level from any direction but the left side. Also seems to use more water. Regardless, it makes great coffee, and the cup size buttons are great.

Happy Wife, happy life. Have gone through many other models. This one is the easiest with maintenance and ground coffee options

I have one like this and liked the ease of using it. I don’t care for the new ones because you have to push too many buttons to start a cup of coffee

My second Keurig! Love the fact you can make hot or cold drinks and choose the size of your cup.

Had an older used keurig that I purchased for ten bucks on buy sell swap. Perfect for a campout. Five years later time for an upgrade. Iced coffee. Lots of sizes and strong brew. Love it and the coffee it makes!

Best Buy made this purchase possible by checking stock in the back. Online ordering said they were out. So I went to the store to find a substitute and the person went and found what I this the exact model I was looking for. Iit works great!!

Easy to set up and use makes good coffee and hot chocolate.

Quiet and quick. Easy to use and the different settings make this a very nice addition to the kitchen and is better than our old one, which was 5 years old.
