I also like the many features of this model. I like that it has a strong selection and several cup sizes cup sizes to choose from. I have owned many Keurigs and have used many different ones at friends and family homes and on all of those the water reservoir fit snug with not looseness. The water reservoir is loose an won’t fit as secure on this model that I purchased. All in all I do like this Keurig and would purchase another one when needed.

The reservoir lid is a bit finicky but not a major issue. I've also found it is easier to fill the water on the machine with a pitcher than to remove and reinstall it (spills very easily).
