Works great and as described. I like that there are multiple sizes compared to our previous version. The only thing I would complain about is the water reservoir is darken (matches the unit and looks nice) but it’s hard to see the water level.

Was not happy about the price but with Best Buy’s price match I looked into this model. You do NOT have to use pods with a qr scanner on like the other models. I like iced feature because that’s all I drink. But wouldn’t pay more for it. I love the gray color of this keurig. Only the handle seems to be stainless steel. It looks modern and nice on the counter. The filter is new to me since I switched from the classic keurig but I heard you do not even necessarily have to have the filter in. We have the filter on now so will give it a shot. I recommend. Very nice for the price I got it for.

A quality product and looks great in our kitchen. Heats up quickly and produces a fast and delicious cup of coffee! We love it!

Works great! It's not loud, which I love, and has 6 different options depending on how strong you like your coffee.

Love this coffee pot. You can choose strength of each cup & even choose the iced option, which I have done several times!! Only issue I have come across is the “ON” button stays on even though it is supposed to turn off automatically 15 -30 minutes after use. Not a deal breaker & it hasn’t hurt the functionality of the coffee maker so it’s not a problem. I upgraded from a small elite coffee maker for a $40 difference.....definitely worth it.

This was a replacement for a Keurig 200. There are several improvements that we like. I researched the current models and this was a bit more expensive p, but worth it. One improvement was that if you want to add additional water/tea/coffee you don’t have to wait til it fills the heating tank before you can lift lid and indicate how many ounces you want, it will start when it’s hot .

Great keurig nothing to complain about. Only thing that could make it better is making two cups at once.

After using this keurig in the office for about 2 years decided to purchase it for home when my nespresso broke down. Works well and does what its intended to. Low maintenance. The large water reservoir makes refilling less of an hassel.

We've had our Copper Keurig -K-Elite for over a year with no issues. Coffee taste better than it did in our old unit. better function.. just better all around. We Picked up this Brushed Silver for my Mother-in-law. she loves it. **we follow the filter change and descaling guidelines. our previous unit lasted over five years be for it started failing electronically.
