Decided upon this model for its size and features. Was surprised how pretty the color I chose, so easy to fill the water, and is quieter than my older model when it makes the coffee. Very pleased with purchase.

My only complaint is the manager would not price match with Bed Bath & Beyond. Although the cashier was very nice the manager did not even acknowledge me at all, so I will have to go to another Best Buy for my next purchase if I ever purchase anything else at all. The only reason I purchased this item was because my daughter really wanted it otherwise I would've left it right in the store.

Strong and iced coffee options are nice. Also hot water for soups is a plus, other than it is pretty standard.
