This machine is easy to use and offers more options than other Keurig models. It also has a large water reservoir that holds enough water for 7 brew cycles.

Bought this to replace our 4 year old model that was VERY well used. This one is a bit smaller overall and is much quieter. Controls are easy to understand and use, nothing complicated. My only complaint would be the lid for the water tank. The old model had a sectioned, hinged top that made it easy to pour water in. This one has a single piece top that has to completely removed to fill with water. Aside from that we love this thing!

So far it’s working great. This is our third or fourth Keurig in 17 years. The only comment is that the newer Keurig is much lighter in weight in comparison to the older ones. Thus, thinking these are a lesser quality. We purchased it on sale and it was an excellent price, so it was well worth it. Also, the coffee is real hot and I like that I can select my strength. I enjoy strong, hot black coffee.

Have used Keurig for years, I was excited to see this particular one that makes iced coffee. The brushed silver is very nice.Very pleased with this purchase.

This Keurig is fast convenient, and reliable. Make sure you use bottled spring water only to prevent clogging and malfunction. Can use aftermarket K cup clones means you’ll save money on coffee. Big water reservoir means less refills. Easy controls and operation. Attractive design. Plus, Best Buy will price match against Amazon shipped same Keurig model, thus saving you even more money. Highly recommended.

This coffee maker is the perfect size does not take up a lot of room on my counter and it is easy to refill when necessary. I also like the easy to read Selection buttons and the coffee is hot.

great coffee maker. I have used Keurig coffee makers for years! I especially like how this one holds a lot more water than previous models, and you can set the coffee temperature between I believe 185-192 degrees.

This is an amazing morning and evening machine addition to our home. My daughter is in love, and it has saved us hundreds of dollars as we no longer rely on Starbucks.

Easy to use. Brews a great cup of coffee. Also has hot water and cold brew options.

Pros: Brews fast, coffee is hotter cause of the temp control, quiet, attractive, I like the multiple cup sizes. Cons: The strong setting is not strong. I just brew a smaller cup to get strong coffee. The reservoir is not that much bigger than the old Keurig Elite. It's true it holds more water but the "add water" light comes on when the tank is about 1/4 full. So you're not getting that much more water in reality. Over all, buy it, it's a great little machine and it's much prettier than the old one. it's very attractive sitting on my counter.

Had previous unit that started leaking. There is no rubber seal where tank meets the unit at the bottom. Put an o ring on it and worked for awhile. That being said, I'm guessing over time, this one will leak also. That all being said, this unit offers a few more features than previous, basic unit. Allows several cup sizes, as well as a STRONG button. Not sure if it makes the coffee stronger or bolder. Also has option for iced coffee. Now, I'm assuming you can do this with any Keurig, but the controls kind of spell out how to do it. Tank is larger than previous model. Pleased so far

Works well. If you love convenience, you will love this. After using this, I realized how much better I like an old fashioned drip coffee maker. Tastes better to me. That being said, is a good product if speed and ease of use is a driving factor for purchase.
