Best Version of the Keurig

This is a step up from our first machine, a 2.0. However, a standout feature is the Iced-coffee option. It was recommended to me and this feature alone ALMOST made the purchase of this worthwhile. Again, my only con is that the coffee is never hot enough. Looks great in the kitchen; build quality is excellent and it can be expected to go for years problem free if my past experience (and that of countless others) is any indication.

Our family enjoys it ability to quickly heat up in 3 minutes and deliver the exact temperature coffee. It is not as big as previous Keurig versions, so it fits in a much smaller space. Definitely would buy again.

I don't recommend...

All of the new Keurig machines are turning into junk. This one slows WAY down when you brew a 2nd cup..takes forever for it to finish because it turns into a slow run brew, then a drip. The last machine which was only 2 years old, started doing the same thing then just stopped working. After this one, we won't buy another Keurig machine and will go a different route. Sad you spend this much on a "premium" machine and its junk out of the box...

I use it primarily to make ice coffee and this feature works perfectly. Large capacity reservoiur and speedy coffee delivery make this the perfect morning companion for me :)

The quality I expected

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my original Keurig with the Slim and it only lasted a few weeks - kept exploding pods and only filling cups half way - so i returned the slim and purchased the Elite -this is the quality I expected. The Elite is large, but it's worth the counter space, as it performs as expected, has options for cold and strong brew and does well with back-to-back brewing.
