    It's easy to use like the multi function. Like that it has different cup sizes and brew strengths. Easy to maintain. Also like that it has the hit water feature and the ice coffee feature as well. Over all a great marker east, quick and convenient.

    Its ok, thats about it. All of the new Keurig machines are turning into junk. This one slows WAY down when you brew a 2nd cup..takes forever for it to finish because it turns into a slow run brew, then a drip. The last machine which was only 2 years old, started doing the same thing then just stopped working. After this one, we won't buy another Keurig machine and will go a different route. Sad you spend this much on a "premium" machine and its junk out of the box...

    Great coffee maker. A but confusing to use but i turned all the eco settings and timer settings off so i can make coffee ehenever. Makes using the maker so much easier. Plus its awesome making hor or cold coffee!
