Keurig has always made excellent coffee makers and this is no exception. The coffee is fresh and hot and the color is very cool.

Replaced my older Keurig maker with this one. Got to be honest… prior maker was much better. They don’t make my machine any longer. Water filter mechanism won’t lock in position. Wants to lift every time water is poured in reservoir. The reservoir holds less water then prior machine. Also, the first machine we ordered had a small part that was broken. The kcup holder. Keurig couldn’t send replacement and was told to return entire maker for a new one. Had to wait a week for replacement machine. Seems like quality has really gone downhill sonce last purchase. Bought extended warranty. See how it goes.

I was skeptical when getting this item, I didn’t know if I was going to use it that much. It’s become a daily item in my life. Everyone in my household uses it from their coffee, teas and hot cocoa. So glad I got it :)
