The first one I had lasted longer than any other Keurig I ever owned. I have had Keurigs for decades and this one has, by far, been the best. Most of my previous models lasted 1-2 years, at most. The 2.0 lasted EIGHT years! The K-Elite is exactly the same as my old 2.0 and, so far, works just as well.

This one is a bit smaller overall and is much quieter. Controls are easy to understand and use, nothing complicated. My only complaint would be the lid for the water tank. The old model had a sectioned, hinged top that made it easy to pour water in. This one has a single piece top that has to completely removed to fill with water. Aside from that we love this thing!

This is our third or fourth Keurig in 17 years. The only comment is that the newer Keurig is much lighter in weight in comparison to the older ones. Thus, thinking these are a lesser quality. We purchased it on sale and it was an excellent price, so it was well worth it. Also, the coffee is real hot and I like that I can select my strength. I enjoy strong, hot black coffee.
