I’ll stick to buying the cold coffee from the refrigerator section, honestly. Makes coffee and is smaller than a normal keurig, but doesn’t make good iced coffee.. which is kind of the whole point? Past my return window so I’m stuck with it now

It does its job and has tiny footprint so it doesnt take up much space at all.

Lasted 9 months, then it just quit working. For the money paid, it should at least last a few years. What a piece of overpriced junk, won't ever buy a keurig again.

When it worked it was great. Unfortunately 18 days after purchase it died. Would shut off as soon as you chose whatever size coffee you wanted. Would steam and shut down. Keurig is replacing under warranty.

Save your money, don't buy

I bought this in February and all of a sudden it won't work. I used it yesterday and it worked but today all of a sudden it won't. Shuts off after a few seconds. Tried descaling and cleaning all tubes inside and it still won't work. Contact Keurig and they declined our return because we didn't buy from them. I will never buy one of their products again.

Unit almost caught fire

Stopped working after 5 cups of coffee made and had an electrical fire smell. Was not covered after 2 weeks from best buy.

Keurig K Iced? Nope

This is the second time I purchased this. The first one made iced coffee twice before it stopped working as an iced coffee option.This one did not make it once. I've tried cleaning the needles as I was shown. I tried to descale this even though it is brand new. If I select iced coffee option no matter what size, I get about 2 oz of hot coffee and then it stops. I have resorted to using it as a hot coffee maker only. I don't have the fight in me to try a third Keurig.

Very Disappointing

I am very disappointed in this product. I have used Keurig products for years but this machine has been awful. I am on my second machine and both have broken within the first month of owning them. Nothing like waking up to no coffee for the day. The machine when it breaks will let out about a teaspoon of cold liquid and nothing else. I tried the trouble shooting and watched videos but nothing worked. Very disappointed we are traveling and stuck in a town without a way to return the item for another week :(

Buy this for Watered Down coffee

Worst coffee machine. Overhyped Brand, even a simple 15$ Mr.Coffee brews better coffee than this machine. The strong brew does zero difference. Ice mode only pours water and less coffee. Terrible Machine, Worst part is 15 day warranty in Bestbuy when Amazon and all of others give more than 30 days.

The Brew Over Ice feature on your K-Iced coffee maker is designed to automatically adjust the brew temperature, starting hotter to help extract full flavor, then cooling down for less ice melt. This feature is also designed to adjust the brew sizes to account for ice melt; so the Iced brew sizes will dispense half the volume of coffee (example: 12oz button dispenses 6oz of coffee) to give a final beverage size of 8, 10, or 12oz after ice melt. I'd like a larger size coffee, like 16 ounces in the morning. If I do 2-8 oz servings into my 16oz cup it will still not fill it.

has never worked right! I go through so many kcups just to try to get one full cup of coffee. I have cleaned it many of time. I have called for help. This is a horrible product!

Do NOT purchase , if all Keurig iturnouts are cheap Coffee maker that last 2-3 months enjoy your huge profits from a rip - off manufactured product !!!! You will never get my support !!!!!!!
