Not bad once you get the hang of it!

It takes like 2 minutes to heat the water, due to you pour in fresh water every time you make a cup of coffee/beverage. But it is pretty simple. Some older people(like my 81 yo. father) has problems with it, but otherwise, I like it!

You pour water in as you go. But remember not To Over Fill. GREAT BUY and Ilke that it came in PurPLE RQQ

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Keurig K15 in black and after using it for only three days it stopped making hot coffee instead it was brewing at warm temp. The water instead of coming out in a single stream like the first time when I ran the water through it as it states in the user manual, it would only drip the coffee. Finally, I used a measuring cup to pour the water in and it would only dispense half or less of the water. This is a terrible product! I will be taking it back.
