This machine is horrible its cute, but works horribly. the coffee does not get hot and it taste bad and I use bottle water to make my coffee . I got it yesterday and this morning I out it in the trash was not worth the trouble of returning it.

Noticed the coffee doesn't brew steaming hot coffee if using cold water, so I did learn that I need to use room temperature water to brew steaming hot coffee. Other than that, can't complain about anything else. Can't wait for winter to try hot chocolate..!

I don't drink multiple cups daily because of some stomach issues, but this little beauty is perfect! It takes a minute to heat up, but well worth the wait. I highly recommend this! I would also suggest buying the cleansing pods to you once a week to help keep the system clean and things unclogged.
