Works great!! Perfect for the office. Quick and easy to use

We really like the mini cup pod coffee maker. So easy and very slim. We will take it on vacation to use in the morning, so compact to put in our suite. I do love my several cups of coffee in the morning, before we even go to breakfast in our hotel. Very good and fast for my coffee.

Excellent gift for the “on-the-go” individual who loves coffee.

Efficient, dependable and durable. This is the second one we've owned. The first one finally broke down after making 4-6 cups of coffee, every day, over the course of two years.

cute machine for those who only drink one cup of coffee and waste the rest! my only issue is that it only goes to a maximum 12oz and for some that may not be enough or even a full cup

The smaller size is nice but it takes a few minutes to heat up and having to add water each time (I know…it’s a single serving) just wasn’t as convenient as my full-sized instantly-hot Cuisinart!

If you don’t need more than one cup at a time, this is excellent and a great space saver. He just add 1 cup of water for the size cup that you’re going to have the coffee in, and a minute or two later it’s done!

Makes what I put in and its a great heat when it comes out

Love it so far. Takes up much less space than my old Keurig & water is hotter. It does take few minutes to heat but that’s not a problem for me. I feel that the water is clean because it does not say it in a reservoir

Works great and coffee tastes great for this compact unit. However, sometimes the coffee is comes out barley warm and not hot enough. Not sure if its going to be an issue down the line but we will see.

The coffee maker looked great, compact and sylish. However, it did not fit our reusable generic pods. These pods fit fine in all other Keurig makers except for this Mini. Too bad. Had to return

It was not advertised as an open-box or return but when I opened it had clearly been used before. the reservoir was dirty and there was no user manual. I would have returned it immediately, but it was for a short term rental and a guest was arriving within the hour - not enough time to drive across town to Best Buy. I ended up cleaning it and it works fine, but not at all what I expected. I looked again at the order - no mention anywhere. The brew button is not an obvious brew button. You turn the machine on, but then to start the brewing, you hit this huge "button" that looks like part of the design instead of a button to start brewing (and it's not labeled.) So many guests were confused, I had to label it on the machine myself. Other than that design flaw, it works fine. Disappointed with Best Buy more than the machine itself.
