    This unit is quiet and takes up far less space on the cabinet however it clogs frequently. I returned it. I went back to my dinosaur that I had hoped to replace with this one! I would not recommend this coffee maker if you use it often.

    This machine has issues, we returned it and got a new one.again after 3 months the descaler light will not go off.after using descaler solution 2xs. Keruig has no answer to fix it. Looking for a different machine that uses coffee pods.

      Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Slim coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Slim and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help. KeurigCare

    Never had a keurig before .this is our first time purchasing one. it is very convenient. I use it for making hot tea as often as coffee. Absolutely completely satisfied. Definitely would recommend the Keurig k slim single serve k cup pod coffee maker.

    Look there are no settings to change how hot the water comes out. It comes out the hottest i have ever seen one of these. It Is crazy you cant change this. Now the positives it makes whatever great. Super hot but works and you rarely need to replace water.
