12 oz pours less than the 8oz button. But still good!

Really good in the beginning but over time it does go out and even after descale cycles it just doesn’t work like it used to.

Love the style and size but had clogging issues within the first week, should have returned it but cleaned it out and figured it was a fluke. Wrong, constantly clogs on me.

This Keurig K-Slim was just what I needed. I only drink one cup of coffee per day, so making a full pot was ridiculous. I was truly disturbed with all the plastic from the pods adding to the landfills, but I bought reusable pods to solve that problem.

I like it for hot tea. When used the coffee pods, I need to waste 8oz of water to clean it from coffee use. If you don't mind coffee in your tea, then you're good. Just not for me. Keuig need to find a better way to have the coffee pods not leave any residue.

Purchased this newer style Keurig to replace a 4 year old Keurig. Worlds of difference in features and smoother operation. Thank you Best Buy for great online and curbside pickup service during these restricted times!

I was looking for a single cup coffee maker, bought this and have not regretted. The water reservoir at the back is good for 5 cups, so fill it once a day.

For the purpose of making coffee the machine works great. Biggest disappointment was that after the brewing the machine makes terrible noises for 10-20 minutes after. Sometimes it never stops and you have to unplug.

I have learned the hard way that some Keurigs are programmed to accept only Keurig k cups. I returned this as well as another style Keurig because they simply will not brew. I went to a friend’s to borrow her Keurig for a cup of coffee. I inserted my own off brand k cup and her coffee maker would not work. We tried a licensed Keurig K cup and, no problem. I had already ordered another Keurig directly from Keurig and was going to send it back because forcing someone to buy only their pods is just wrong. I tried the new Keurig coffee maker and have had no problems using off brand pods. So perhaps these coffee makers are like “locked” and “unlocked” cell phones? Very strange but next coffee maker I will definitely ensure it will accept ANY pod!

I got this yesterday. I am surprised at how big it is for a mini. It is slim, but long. It does not fit on my coffee bar. I have not used it yet, so cannot say how it works. I am disappointed in the size. I may return it.

We purchased this for my empty nester mother-in-law, an empty nester. She loves it and states it's ideal for empty nesters that only need 1 or maybe 2 cups of coffee daily.

Purchased this after our Keurig died. I like everything about it, but wish I had realized it didn’t have a “strong” button. Coffee is great and temperature is good, I just can’t make a good (for me) 12 ounce cup of coffee with it.

Literally worked for 11 months. Don't know if it just got a bad one but too much time had passed to get a refund. At the time I thought the price was fair until I saw the exact same Keurig for 1/2 the price 6 months later. I did buy another keurig just not that model

it's a great update to the mini. Comes with more options has an actual descaling option the original mini did not. downside did not come in other colors at the time of purchase

It’s ok. I like that it has the refill tank for water on the back of the machine. We used this for a few months and now sometimes it doesn’t work or start. :(

This item was purchased as a gift for ja friend for Secretary's Day or Administrative Assistant's Day, however you prefer. She was happy with it, I haven't heard of any complaints.

The first one purchased, the water container was cracked, had to return or exchange. Since it was a gift for someone I don’t know which he ended up with.

Purchased for my granddaughter. I have one for hot tea and got chocolate and we both use it so I got her one for home. She loves it and uses it every night.

Got on sale for 49$ + a 2 year prot plan all for around 80 bucks after taxes etc. Cannot beat that! Thank you Best Buy for this great "Deal of the Day!"

A perfect little coffee maker gets used by the whole family. I only wish it did not say it needs water when it still has about a 6oz cup in the reservoir.
