Although I haven't gotten to use the machine much since it's at work and my agency is having staff work at home during the quarantine, when I did use it there, I liked it. It was so lightweight to carry to work on the train and to move around on my desk. One thing I don't like for it at work: too short of a power cord since I have to plug in low at work. If you have outlets at counter-height, you'll love the short cord. VERY easy and quick to setup and start using. Holds just about as much water as my old Keurig's tank does, but looks a lot better on my desk. I like the selection buttons on top. It lifts smoothly to put the k-cup in and take it out. I don't know if I can use the water tank filter arm that I have from my old machine, but hoping I can. For now I'm filling with my pitcher of filtered water.

I have had several Keurig machines in the past and each new unit seemed to be less than the one it was replacing. This one was the bottom of the barrel. I pulled it out, fired it up and tried to make an 8 oz cup of coffee. I only got 4 or so ounces. I figured ok, let's try this again. Same thing. I went online and followed the troubleshooting guide to "calibrate" the unit. Still can't get a full cup of coffee. I called tech support. Remember this is less than a day old. They made me go through the exact same procedure that I told them I had already done. Their solution was to send me another unit. Unfortunately they were out of stock but as soon as they got some in they would send me one. Amazing!!!! Needless to say I took it back and bought a different brand that actually works like the very first Kuerig I owned years ago.

Wife wanted one, I tried to convince her a nespresso was better for quick good coffee.. but here we are. I used to have this when they first came out . For some reason I don’t remember it being this bad. Unless you drown your coffee in cream or milk, this just tastes like hot nothing. Tried several types and brands of k cups and it was like all were missing the actual coffee flavor . Ended up giving it away. If you like coffee and want pods. Get a nespresso.. don’t trust this

Over the years we have owned a few Keurigs and purchased a few for my dad. There have been features we liked (large capacity water, varied ounce sizes, taller profile for travel mugs, ease of use) and others we haven't (jumbo size, weight, leaky brewing ensemble). We really love this model. It is slim and easy to move around. It accepts travel mugs and has 3 brewing sizes. The water capacity is fine for us. Not one of their fancier models but that is what we wanted. The only thing I didn't like is that when it brews into a regular size mug there is splashing; travel mugs work fine. Worked well for slightly more than a year and then it broke. For the money spent, it should have lasted longer.

3rd time i used since i bought it now it’s not working

Did not work properly five days after purchasing it.

To much work to make a cup. Clogs frequently. Size is great but not worth the trouble

Arrived broken and not in original box. Very disappointed. Had to return.

Empty K-cups should come with Keurig K Slim machine when purchased

I’ve had Keurig coffee makers for many years. I liked the smaller profile of this one. I must have gotten a defective product. The coffee pod explodes and coffee grounds go everywhere. It also is extremely slow when it does go through a normal cycle without exploding. I contacted Keurig and their customer service was extremely helpful. Hopefully the new one will be better.

While this product is value priced the quality does not match that of prior versions of the Keurig. Continue to have plugged water line from coffee grounds.

I was impressed the moment I opened the box. The design is simple, yet suitable for any kitchen. It follows the same basic design as most Keurig coffee makers with the main body and the removable water reservoir, but in a much more compact footprint. A lot of thought went into the design of this particular model, the K-Slim. It is apparently designed for those of us who don't want a machine that will take up a lot of room on the counter top. All the controls are on the top of the machine, and are set up in a very intuitive manner. Perhaps because I have owned Keurig coffee makers in the past, it was easy to figure out how to use the K-Slim without reading any directions. There is an option for an 8-oz, 10-oz or 12-oz cup of beverage with a well-lit button for each, so this makes selecting the size super simple. The power and brew buttons are on top as well. I was extremely impressed by how quiet this Keurig is! It isn't perfectly silent, but in all honesty, I could not hear it in the next room. The Keurig K-Slim is perfect for those who don't drink a lot of coffee in the mornings. It has a 46-oz water reservoir which is good for a few cups before having to refill. It does take a couple of minutes for the brew to finish, but for me that is great because I can actually do something else while I wait for it to brew. I love the fact that it doesn't have a lot of added features such as a clock, display, etc. I would highly recommend this product to anybody who needs a quick cup of coffee or two in the morning (or any other time), and who doesn't want to spend a fortune on a coffee maker.

The item works fine, but it's not for one person. You have to fill the reservoir almost halfway to get it to work. If you're only having an 8 or 10oz cup. that leaves alot of water just sitting there for hours and maybe days if you don't get back to it. The description doesn't tell you about the reservoir minimum to activate.

Worked for a month and died embarrassing as this was a gift.

The coffee is lukewarm and water pours out instead of coffee.

Have to have specialized filters that still barely fit. Would not recommend.

Worked well for about 6 months. Thankfully purchased GSP as it stopped working. Stopped having enough pressure to push water through K-Cup and it would leak.

Coffee comes out warm not Hot I need to put my coffee cup in microwave for one minute after brewing .

I purchased my Keurig Slim two weeks ago this month in April, and I was excited to to try this model out. Prior, to owning the Slim, I had owned the Mini, but that only lasted almost two years. The mini was not brewing the correct amount, so I purchased the Slim. It's been less than a week that I've been using the Slim, and when I select to have 18oz. of coffee to be made the Keurig will only brew 8oz. instead. This was the same problem that I was having with the Mini- Kuerig. What is going on?
