    This is a great design for saving space, plus it looks cool. However, it stopped working after only 2 months. It is outside of the 30 day window for returning to Best Buy, so I’ll have to try to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

    Looks beautiful in my home but it does not poor out the amount you request. When I press 12 oz it only "squirts" out about 6oz than I have to put another k cup in and do it again . This is brand new and the issue keeps occurring. Very poor and disappointing

      Hi Drake, we are sorry to hear you are having trouble with your K-Slim coffee maker. Based on what you are describing, cleaning the needles of your coffee maker might help! Please make sure to be careful when following the below steps as the needles are sharp:

      1. Turn off and unplug the brewer.
      2. Lift the brewer handle and locate the entrance needle on the underside of the lid.
      3. Hold the brewer handle in the upward position. With your other hand, carefully insert a straightened paper clip into all three holes of the entrance needle. Gently move it around to loosen any coffee grounds.
      4. Remove the pod holder assembly and detach the funnel. Locate the exit needle on the inside bottom of the K-cup pod holder.
      5. Insert a straightened paper clip into the exit needle to loosen any coffee grounds. Note: the paper clip will not go all the way through.
      6. Place pod holder back into brewer. Plug brewer in and power on.
      7.  Lower the handle completely and run two water-only brew cycles. Do not insert a K-cup Pod.

    This unit arrived Non-functional and despite following the instructions to the T, it would never heat the water. I returned and bought the standard mode which arrived working perfectly. I rated a 2 because it was an easy return process to Best Buy in store even though I ordered online ...

    Failed after 5th cup.

    Priming was simple and it was going well until the sixth cup (no, did not tried to brew 6 cups in same sitting). Water line stalled and coffee drizzled about 2 oz before stopped working. When I tried to eject the pod, I could hear pressures steam ejecting along with some hot water escaping, nearly burning my finger. Add water light came on even though reservoir was 1/3rd full. Tried to reset it but no avail. Good thing it happened during the last day of vacation and not the first day.

    Keurig quick working after 5 months

    I really liked my Keurig coffee maker until 5 months later it just quit working. I talked to Best Buy a out exchangeing it and was told their were no options for me to return it which was very disappointing.

    Worst Keurig I've ever bought. It's flawed as the needle that pokes the top of your pod clogs up with coffee grounds. Had two within 2 months and both stopped working pretty quickly.

    Have not used the coffee maker yet as it is a Christmas gift. But hopefully it will work out great. I put one star because it has not been used yet. The price was good.

    Took my old reliable keurig to my office. Bought this for my house. 2 mos later, just stops working. Nothing. Kaput. Tossed in trash. Nice quality product. Smh

    Slim Form Factor, Same Keurig Quality

    There's something to be said for the simplicity of adding water to a container, inserting a pod, placing a mug under the outlet, and just pushing a button to get some warm brews. The K-Slim has such a small footprint on the counter, yet it still holds a large amount of water for brewing multiple cups without a refill. The K-Slim will brew 8, 10, and 12-ounce cups, depending on the selected button on top. In all cases, everything we made through it came out, as always, perfect. I like how the brew is warm to hot, but not so hot that you have to let the mug sit for 10 minutes before you can take a sip or you'll burn your mouth. I'm totally pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it. There's also more than just coffee pods for this machine. You can find hot chocolate, apple cider, and warm lemonade pods too that can provide nice, warm drinks at any time of the day.

    Got this one to update from the Classic & save some counter space. Smaller is NOT better. Since day one, this unit hasn't poured a decent cup (8, 10 or 12oz). Thought it might be b/c I needed to set the "High Altitude" setting...did that...a full cup here & there...then back to spitting out a 6oz cup even on the 10 & 12oz settings. This unit also like "blowing up" K-Cups. Okay, maybe it's the Caribou cups being over pressurized, but it's also happened on some DD K-Kup & Donut Shop K-Cups. Looking to return/replace or go back to the oldie but goodie.

    Loved it until it stopped working.

    After about 2 months it stopped working. I am not sure what happened. I put the k-pod, selected my coffee choice and started working like normal until it didnt-smoke start coming out.

    Not brewing the correct cup (oz)

    Recently purchased this product and after 3 uses the machine is not working properly, it doesn’t brew the correct cup (oz) it only give us like 5-6oz even if we selected 8oz, 10oz or 12oz. We got our machine replaced at best buy and still we got another defective unit. Still having the same problem as the 1st machine and worst this 2nd machine is shutting down on its own after each use. We’re so disappointed with keurig.

    The Keurig K-Slim is a really sleek designed coffee brewer. The coffee from the brewer comes out really hot and you get an option of brewing an 8 oz, 10oz or 12 oz cup of coffee. It’s tall enough to brew into a travel mug. The water reservoir is hidden in the rear of the machine and it can hold quite a bit of water. I brewed five 8 oz cups before I had to refill. If you’re looking for a coffee brewer to make you a good cup of coffee in the morning, I would recommend taking a look at the Keurig K-Slim.

    I feel it’s made really cheap. It’s not as good as original Keurig. It just not good. If I don’t fill the water it won’t work well even if I want one cup

    This coffee maker is nice because it does not take up that much countertop real estate. Instead of being shallow and wide on a counter, this one is narrow and deep on a counter. For limited counter space, this one is ideal. It takes up about a third of the space that a standard coffee maker does. One drawback that I have found so far is the limited water capacity in the reservoir. 40 oz. is not really a lot of water if you are an avid coffee drinker. But, the lack of water holding is made up by the speed in which a cup is made. This has to be the fastest single cup brewer I have ever used.
