    I had this coffee maker for 3.5 months before it stopped working for no obvious reason. Considering how much Keurig coffee makers cost, it's a ripoff.

    Bought this unit on August 6th. It died on September 13th. My other Kerrie’s lasted for years.

    Having an earlier model Keurig, it worked fine but took up a bit of space. The K-Slim is indeed much more efficient in its design. The unit actually looks to be just as long (if not a bit longer) than our earlier model, but its narrowness gives us a little more room in on the countertop. This is a very simple Keurig machine: make sure there's water, place the mug on the tray and then pop in a K-cup. Closing down on the handle automatically turns the device on. You simply select a size and hit he big button. There's no display screens or anything - just brew and be done with it. One other note: The tall, rectangular water reservoir is definitely easier to clean and handle than previous versions. If there's any real criticism I have of the unit is that the whole thing is pretty plastic-y; but such is the way with most things nowadays.

    LOVE this Keurig! It takes up so little counter space and makes a great, FAST cup of coffee. My last Keurig was 8 years old and finally died one morning, since i have 2 other types of coffeemakers I had purchased before from BesfBuy, I decided to just forego getting another Keurig. When this one went on sale, I couldn't resist, and I am SO glad I bought it!

    Coffee maker is just okay. Water flow doesn't stop at the correct amount. It puts one or two ounces of extra water in the cup.

    If there is a way I could rate it zero stars but it only lets me write one star don’t waste your money I bought it for a camping trip I’ve tried it at my home and it did not work so I figured maybe I need to keep on trying to make it work I guess what it did not work lucky thing I had my older coffee maker to make my coffee and I was really excited to receive it just coffee maker. Disappointed poor quality

    We have only had this for 2 weeks and already doesn't brew. We bought the protection so they should make it right.

    I am a huge fan of Keurig and thought this would be perfect in my classroom. I set it up and did not use because if mandatory distance learning. Now that I am back in my classroom (still without kiddos) I thought I would give it a try and nothing! A small drizzle of cold water! No hot, yummy coffee! Tried several times with no results. This unit does not work. :(

    4 months in and this thing quit... tried all the troublshooting i could find and nadda....

    This keurig worked great for 4 months. It then began to bust the kcups with its steam. Then it just stopped working. We had been keeping up with descaling it and keeping it clean. The heating element stopped working or something because only cold water comes out :(

    Buy another model of Keurig . Do not buy this one

    This was my second attempt at purchasing/replacing this Keurig. The first I got a replacement when it broke so quickly. And now, my replacement one is also broken. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this model. My other keurig lasted years, while two of this model went bad within 6 months

    Second Keurig model single serving bought. -- First model started making irritating noise after a couple of months. Got rid of it. This model also started making noise and then would pop the GFI. Looked online & that seems to be an issue. Can't return to Best Buy because a month past after they will take a return. Done with Keurig.

    It just Stopped working.

    It stopped working, so I returned it to Best Buy. You could hear the motor trying to start and it just stopped. I don't even use it every day and I have a light tough so it wasn't as though I was beating it up. I thought maybe this was just a bad apple
