Upgraded from the original Keurig that was about 8 years old. We loved the quickness of heating the water, a much easier water reservoir to fill up and punctures 5 holes on top of K cup instead of 1 to chose the strength of coffee. We use it 3 to 4 times a day and unfortunately it only worked for a month for us. We returned it with no problems and now have the regular Supreme which works great but doesn't have some of the features the plus has. Hopefully it was just a bad model.

So this is my first ever keurig k-cup coffee machine that I’ve owned. Now I have tried them in the past. Maybe 8 yrs ago. And at that time I thought they were cool. Being that they are so easy to use and for single servings. I manly amp see it back then for hot tea. But I remember the old models only having the single stream and noticed there seemed to be tea left unused. But now that this new model has a multi stream system u get more flavor on both teas and coffee (my wife like coffee) she says it’s darker and believes you are now utilizing the full amount of coffee and doesn’t look watery. She also love that the new slimmer water tank has a filter. I like the new design. It’s super clean and sturdy as well. A problem I think made the older models look and feel a bit on the cheap-ish side. Buttons are clicky and sturdy. Plenty of personalized options for everyday use between 2 people. This model does not take up much Space as a premium coffee/tea maker should be. Both me and my wife love it. A definite luxury but one that brings energetic happiness. I highly recommend if you love coffee or hot teas. Makes life easier than making pots.

We picked this up as an upgrade from our old Keurig and we LOVE IT! Three different heat settings. Three different coffee strength settings. Three user profiles. Five different cup sizes. The whole Keurig concept has been reimagined even down to the water reservoir which is so much easier to fill with a pitcher handle. Just an all around great machine.

Although my machine stopped turning on after having it just shy of one month, I am still giving this machine 5 stars. I love this machine. It makes a great cup of coffee. You can have several different serving sizes, and the strength and temperature are customizable. We use this every day now. When it stopped, we were in a panic. I believe the new multistream technology is an improvement with soaking more of the coffee grounds. I roast my own coffee beans and use a my kcup 95% of the time rather than a pod. I sometimes make tea with a pod, and it is nice and strong - the way that I like it. Some coffee connoisseurs can pick this machine and the coffee it makes apart, but for me, the convenience overwhelms the minor improvements to be gained by using another brewing method. Although the machine originally bought quit after a month, I quickly replaced it with the same machine. I would not trade this for another Keurig model.

I never understood why the reservoirs on the Keurig coffee makers always had an odd shape to handle, an awkward placed handle or required another pitcher to fill them with. The K Supreme Plus comes with the most simple design for a water reservoir and makes filling it so much easier. Now it is simply filling a pitcher and putting it back in place with about 78 ounces of water. It also came with a small charcoal filter that didn’t have much instruction with it but sure to help with any impurities in the water. The K Supreme Plus also comes with all the settings one could need for a household that drinks coffee and has their own preferences. Choices of 3 strength settings, 3 heat settings, 5 cup sizes, an option for over ice and the ability to save three presets for your regular choices. The drip tray also slides out easily if you have a tall tumbler that you want to fill directly. The multi-stream technology only makes sense. When you look at the inside of a used K cup you can usually see the path where the most water ran through the center. Now it is so evenly across the cup it almost looks like it wasn’t even disturbed. I’d say that it is getting the most out of the K cup with that simple concept. From opening the lid to ready to drink it takes a bit over a minute for an 8 oz default brew. Being that it auto shuts off after 5 minutes it appears to not be a power leach and constantly trying to keep the water hot when not in use. So, it takes a couple seconds longer than an older model I had. However, it is exactly the cup I was looking for each time.

I was looking for a coffee maker that 1 made great coffee and 2 didn't cost a car note. I think this premium keurig gives coffee lovers of all walks of life a setting that delivers with it's 5 hole punches instead of the one in all other machines. I like stronger coffee but not scalding hot and this machine makes it possible. Even the ability to make stronger espresso style cups on the max strength and 4oz cup setting. The stainless steel makes the coffee maker look premium and less like an eye sore on your kitchen counter. I absolutely think if you don't need or want milk frothing that comes on some of the more expensive machines, this is the coffee maker for you!

It’s really nice! Feels high quality af, love the different size options and produces a nice flavored drink. I would stay away from the hot chocolate k-cups because it’s always super watery… -ick. Coffee and tea tastes good though! Lotta water storage in there… if you’re looking for an expensive-looking stainless steel coffee maker gadget to impress your friends, get this!!!! If you don’t care about looks, get the regular Supreme, it does the same thing. By the way, the temperature thing doesn’t work at all.

We love this one. Replaced a 10 year old Keurig and the changes and updates are nice.

I absolutely love this machine. First, set up is super simple and easy to do. The machine comes with a filter so I can fill it up straight from the tap. There’s also different features, like making iced coffee (make sure to fill your cup with ice) and having your three favorite settings. The coffee will splash a bit of you don’t use a few cup but other then that, it is sleek and clean. Most importantly, it makes my coffee as I’m getting ready for work saving time. The only down side is that I don’t feel a difference with the different temp settings which tells me that if there is a difference, it is very minimal. (Best tip: warm up the machine first with a 4 oz cup of the hottest temperature water.) overall, would I buy this machine again?? YOU BETCHA!!

So much better than previous Keurig's that didn't have a temperature feature. I use the strongest and hottest setting and it's a great cup of coffee. I don't use the pods, I order my coffee and fresh grind and use Keurig do it yourself pods. The only hiccup is descaling, the light fights you going off. To put into descale mode, you turn it off, and press and hold the 8oz and 10oz choices for 5 seconds, it descales. To get it out, which no one tells you, do 8oz and 12oz at the same time for 5 seconds while it's off. You may have to unplug it to get it to turn off first.

Works and looks great! The stainless steel version I can only find here at Best Buy and is more expensive than the black or white versions elsewhere.

I have to say this machine is a thing of beauty, sleek and streamlined, and so far has worked wonderfully and exactly as expected. It brews coffee so quickly that it can catch me off guard as I take that last sip before placing the cup in position, like this morning! I love the options - my mom can now stop complaining that the coffee is not strong enough - and it has a sturdy feel to it so I don't feel like I'm going to break it when closing the compartment, like I did with my last one. The one downside - I have to buy a new reusable pod, but that's not a big deal.

Great coffee maker I like the options of temperature strength and amount of water

First time buyer and we love this machine. We use the k cups for our coffee. The machine is quick & very easy. We are saving so much, because we are not throwing half a pot of coffee out every day.

What a wonderful coffee maker! My husband likes his coffee strong, I like mine a little less potent. This coffee maker is programmable; it remembers the strength and cup size you program, so we each get our desired strength at the push of a preset button! Not having to add water each time we want a cup of coffee is wonderful.

Very beautiful coffee maker and I personally really value the 'strength' and 'temperature' functionalities you can set based on your personal preference! Love the fact as well that you can directly program and store individual beverage settings! My husband is enjoying it as well but the only little complain we have is that it splashes quite a bit as the coffee is being prepared, hence we're tending to have to wipe down surrounding areas on a daily basis. We've determined that it's more/less based on the coffee strength level you select. Not a deal breaker for us, but surely would be nice to completely avoid the sporadic slash!

I really enjoy coffee!!! My Keurig is amazing!! It has three settings for how you like your coffee. I set mine for work and when I'm just relaxing around the house, when I dont need it as strong. I like that it is stainless steel and fits right on my counter without looking bulky. I did have to search how to put the filter in but it came out to be easy as well. and yes the filter is provided!!

This is one of the best coffee makers we’ve had. Love how you can make the strength how you want.

I got this for Christmas and I love it. The water resevoir holds more than previous models. It has a heat and strength button and you can decide on 4 different cup sizes. If you have the same preferences all the time, there are 3 program save buttons you can use to store your preference.
