We have had a few different Keurig models, and this one is the best we've tried. It is sleek looking and highly customizable. We really love the larger reservoir tank. It is worth the extra spend in our opinion.

Upgraded from the Keurig elite, I think the coffee overall does taste better. I assume from the new multi-stream technology and brewid. I take off one star because I do miss having the time shown on the display. Not really a huge deal just something I personally like. If you are shopping for a Keurig and this is in your budget I would say just go for this model and at least have access to the latest features

Was. Set up I use reusable coffee pods and have to say that it is easy to set up the strength and temperature via app only wished that it would work for larger cups than 12 oz

Great upgrade from earlier models. Quiet operation, easy access to controls, really a pleasure to use.

Stopped working after 4 months, contacted Keurig for replacement yet what a hassle you need to save your receipt and also send proof to them with serial number. I sent email receipt from Best Buy yet they would not take it on there link . Sent photos via text and email and they said they did not receive. Still waiting to see what happens yet for the money you spend for the name and product we are not happy. We will see if they honor the photos for replacement

This is the best Keurig that I have owned so far. I love how they changed the design of the water reservoir with it now having a handle so it makes it way easier to transfer to your sink to refile. Also, a new feature they have where you can download the app and control your Keurig from there which I love that once I put the K-cup in I can just walk away and start the brewing when I choose to.

So easy to use and clean. Husband is enjoying making coffee himself.

Takes longer to make, but better tasting. Like the look

My wife and I just got this and I really want to love it (especially after owning Keurigs for well over a decade) but I can't find it in me to do so when I get "Error Code 11, Please Add Water" right out of the box. Chat support wasn't much help. After fidgeting around with it on my own for a few, I found there is a design flaw with the reservoir. As the water drains, it creates a vacuum on the lid which prompts the error code. The fix is to remove the lid (which you will find has a much tighter seal than when you originally filled it) and rebrew. The error doesn't come back. After realizing this, I also realized that this new lid and reservoir does NOT have a notch or any means of allowing airflow inside the tank like previous models in order to equalize the pressure (I've included three pics to show exactly what I am talking about, two pics were of previous models downloaded from the internet and one is the K Supreme Plus Smart). The million dollar question is this: Will Keurig actually do the work required to figure out the problem, and if so, will they do right by the people who have spent good money on their coffee machines and send a free replacement reservoir/ lid? I really want to love this thing, but after spending almost $300 USD ($220 on the brewer, $40 on Geek Squad, plus tax) on a coffee maker, this design flaw is unacceptable. I am still within my return period and might take full advantage of it. Until Keurig fixes this issue, I would highly advise against making this purchase.

Makes a great cup of coffee! I love that it gives me ounces of water to choose instead of pictures of different sizes of cups. And piercing the Keurig pod in 5 places really does make a difference; the cup of coffee is much smoother and tastes wonderful.

It knows what type of coffee I’m drinking and I can personalize every cup for how much to make to how strong I want it to be

I’ve been a Keurig user for years. My last Keurig was not brewing coffee as hot as it should. So I bought the K Supreme Plus and I’m glad a did. The difference in night and day. I can control the heat of my coffee and the flavor profile. I love that it will auto order my K cups if I want it to. I’ll never go back to an older Keurig.

Super smart, super convenient. This thing is super fancy by comparison to my old coffee pots and previous Keurig. I love being able to adjust heat, and power on the brews, and the app makes things super easy. The only downside I have found is that the scanner will detect the product and if it has an "Optimal" setting with Keurig, it will not allow you to adjust the heat and/or power level. There is probably a way around this but I have not needed to find it bad enough to look. That is the only reason I took off a star. The size of the water reservoir is crazy, and is super easy to fill with the handle. The foot print is so much more convenient than my previous models. Love this thing.
