Best Part of Waking Up

This thing is super fancy by comparison to my old coffee pots and previous Keurig. I love being able to adjust heat, and power on the brews, and the app makes things super easy. The only downside I have found is that the scanner will detect the product and if it has an "Optimal" setting with Keurig, it will not allow you to adjust the heat and/or power level. There is probably a way around this but I have not needed to find it bad enough to look. That is the only reason I took off a star. The size of the water reservoir is crazy, and is super easy to fill with the handle. The foot print is so much more convenient than my previous models. Love this thing.

Love the upgrade……fun way to make coffee!

I am blown away by all the features especially the WiFi compatibility…….absolutely love it!

Major upgrade for me

Ive had a 2.0 for about 5 years so decided it was time for an upgrade the wifi feature is so nice I can brew a hot cup of custom coffee in the morning while getting ready and not waste time. Favorite feature is brewing over ice (especially being in Texas) having cold fresh coffee is the best everyday.

Good machine, not the greatest app.

Great Brewer

Rich in flavor, perfect temperature, fairly quick in brewing time. Built quality appears solid, very easy to use. Definitely an improvement from our older Keurig.

Ready for Prime-Time? Not sure.

Ive dealt with multiple Error code 2, which is not getting water from resovoir. Went through all the normal checks. Not using internal water filter as i use filtered water. I was thinking the 5 needles would be better, but now Im not certain and Ive been a Keurig owner since the beginning.

Easy and versatile

I can make hot water in seconds for teas or noodles. It makes having hot beverages or water in an instant a lot easier.

Excellent choice for visually impaired w/Alexa

It works great with his Alexa (The primary reason why this model was chosen)and he is very pleased with the taste of the coffee. We had a couple of hiccups during set up, but all is running smooth now.

I loved the convenience; the coffee was just OK. This new model gives you the convenience with good tasting coffee. I really like and recommend this Keurig model.

This model also reads the K-cup to provide the best brewing options. So far I am loving my new Keurig.

A needed upgrade to an older model

We use it 2-3 times daily and after 6 months of use it is still going strong! I haven't got used to the tech side of things and the app, but didn't really buy this model for that purpose. Overall, it's been great!

Makes a great cup

The multistream and BrewID does make a difference, IMO! The smart features are fun, if a bit extra.

Great product that needs a software set fix.

I am enjoying it so much that I am making too much coffee. LOL I did have problems connecting it to a Velop Mesh Wifi. The iPhone had to be on the 2.4 band. Unlike some devices that are 2.4 only, the setup software doesn't hunt for the 2.4 band if you are on the 5 band. In the end, I had to turn off the 5 band on my router, connect, and turn the 5 band back on. It took roughly three hours to figure out and complete.

The best Keurig ever!

Excellent purchase and is perfect for people who work and don’t have time to make a coffee. Put a pod in the night before, and a cup under it, you can have it auto brew for you by a certain time. Awesome! Also, when you download the app you can sign up for Keurig’s automated pod order which the machine keeps track of how many pods you have left so you’re never out & it’ll auto reorder!

Works beautifully, easy to use and program on your phone if you’d like to. The carafe is super easy to fill, probably the nicest feature on it in my opinion. Just an overall great coffee maker.
