    we drink more than 2 cups of coffee at a time lol, but we gifted it to my bonus daughter and they love it. its a good thing for someone who doesnt drink alot of coffee though

    This was my gift to me. I love the fact it is smart however it takes longer to brew a cup than my original Keurig. I do love everything about it minus that one little flaw.

    K Supreme Smart with Brew ID is awesome

    New version with Brew ID is nice. It recognizes the K cup being used and sets brew based on that info. Also, more settings for brew strength and temperature.

    Too Many Reports of WiFi Troubles

    Excellent across the board compared to previous Keurig brewers. The multi-stream brewing changes the entire favor profile of your k-cups for the better. I had to return mine due to WiFi connectivity issues using their iOS app. During configuration, their app shows my WiFi 2.4G network as full-strength, but when attempting to sync, the app would not find ANY WiFi networks at all. Calling Keurig customer support did not resolve anything - they even failed to inquire whether I was using an iOS or Android-version of their app. They wanted me to click on features of the app that were non-existent (i.e. OTHER - to manually configure the WiFi network.) In the end, cannot pay $200 for a brewer containing a terribly cheap WiFi interface, seemingly the same as that found on $8 WiFi AC plugs to switch a light ON or OFF using Alexa or Google.

    This machine would not connect to my home network rendering all the smart features completely useless. The non smart version has been serving me faithfully. I had tripped the thermostat in that one. Yt'd how to fix and returned this one to the store.

      Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble trying to connect your new K-Supreme Plus SMART coffee maker to your home Wi-Fi network.
      If you are still experiencing this issue, please try the following steps to reset your connection:
      1. On the brewer press and hold both arrows to open the settings menu. Then press the right arrow to CONTINUE.
      2. If the screen says you are connected to Wi-Fi, press the K button to FORGET NETWORK.
      3. Use the Right arrow to select YES, then use the K button to confirm you want to delete the network. Once you have deleted the network the screen will say Wi-Fi Not Connected. Press the K to begin the connection process.

    We purchased this as a gift for our church hospitality table. Guests were raving how beautiful and easy it is to use. Able to make multiple cups with its larger water reservoir.

    this is what i wanted and it works awesome it knows what type of pod i put in and lets me know i can do the ice coffee and yep luv it and the app yep makes it all worth it.
