I love the fact it is smart however it takes longer to brew a cup than my original Keurig. I do love everything about it minus that one little flaw.

it was good but too small for us

K Supreme Smart with Brew ID is awesome

The multi-stream brewing changes the entire favor profile of your k-cups for the better. I had to return mine due to WiFi connectivity issues using their iOS app. During configuration, their app shows my WiFi 2.4G network as full-strength, but when attempting to sync, the app would not find ANY WiFi networks at all. Calling Keurig customer support did not resolve anything - they even failed to inquire whether I was using an iOS or Android-version of their app. They wanted me to click on features of the app that were non-existent (i.e. OTHER - to manually configure the WiFi network.) In the end, cannot pay $200 for a brewer containing a terribly cheap WiFi interface, seemingly the same as that found on $8 WiFi AC plugs to switch a light ON or OFF using Alexa or Google.

Guests were raving how beautiful and easy it is to use. Able to make multiple cups with its larger water reservoir.
