    love this coffee maker old one quit and I like this one so much better. It holds more water and is faster no waiting to warm up

    Holds a lot of water … Love it… except for the brewing schedule on the app. I have it on daily and still will not automatically make it. Wish it would work every time, even if I cannot push brew/yes/continue when it decides to alert me right before.

    This machine would not connect to my home network rendering all the smart features completely useless. The non smart version has been serving me faithfully. I had tripped the thermostat in that one. Yt'd how to fix and returned this one to the store.

      Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble trying to connect your new K-Supreme Plus SMART coffee maker to your home Wi-Fi network.
      If you are still experiencing this issue, please try the following steps to reset your connection:
      1. On the brewer press and hold both arrows to open the settings menu. Then press the right arrow to CONTINUE.
      2. If the screen says you are connected to Wi-Fi, press the K button to FORGET NETWORK.
      3. Use the Right arrow to select YES, then use the K button to confirm you want to delete the network. Once you have deleted the network the screen will say Wi-Fi Not Connected. Press the K to begin the connection process.

    Do Not Buy the Smart Version

    If you find yourself compelled to buy a Keurig, DO NOT buy this one. You are forced to connect it to wifi, and it scans every coffee pod you put in the machine automatically. There is no way to turn it off. The second your machine scans a pod that is not an official Keurig pod, your warranty goes out the window. I bought this machine in mid-October 2022 and it is officially dead at the end of March 2023 via Error Code 8. This is my third Keurig machine in as many years. This consumer is officially done with Keurig.
