The use is very easy with the small touch screen, user friendly . So far I have only really used 10oz strong! I don’t like that I need special cups for travel size mug and pot. In addition I don’t like that I have to buy the carafe that they sell. It was a great price for what it is( thanksgiving weekend price) I would have given five stars if I didn’t need to buy more stuff to fully use it.

Big and Beautiful

Heats up quick, cleans up nice, I am the only coffee drinker so I use it for that purpose and my wife and kids use it for hot cocoa. Easy to use. Love the different sizing in oz. would definitely get another if needed.

It tells me "Enjoy" at the end of brewing. It is very stylish sitting on the counter. It takes up less space than its 1st cousin original. Love it!

Very fast and easy to clean you can also use for tea hot chocolate and Snapple! Makes mornings very easy and clean up is minimal! I would definitely recommend!
