Since purchasing this model a few months back, my wife and I have been very pleased with its performance. We usually make 2 x 8-10 oz cup of coffee. The coffee produced tastes very good. We also like the fact that the water reservoir capacity is quite large (70 oz) so that we don't have to refill the water chamber constantly. The digital touch screen menu is very easy to use. To turn the unit OFF, just touch the touch screen ON/OFF icon for a few seconds. To turn the unit ON, just touch the ON/OFF icon with a little pressure on your finger. Please beware that NOT ALL single cup pods will work. We experienced this when trying to make some ice tea one evening. Also the unit may make a loud sound when heating up the water. The Silver/black color look makes the unit look very sharp and pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend this product if you are in the market for Keurig coffee maker. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but system won't allow this.

Awesome color. Great options for family choices. Fits perfectly under cabinets above. Touch screen is nice. Programmable time-off is a plus. Water dispenser lid seems cheaply made for such fine product. Would like to see stronger lid in future products. Does not accept tall travel mugs or sports bottles. Mine is 8in tall and does not fit even with platform removed. Would like to see more space between platform and brew cup to allow for tall items Slightly loud brew but sounds like purring cat; kids think it's funny/cool ;-)

Bought this Kuerig on moving to new home. Right size, right colour and easy to program. Only problem is that is the first single serve from Keurig that we have purchased that did not have a filter tower or extra filter. When I called the company the rep I spoke to sort of said “Oh, well—“. No explanation. We’ll see how long it lasts without. Fo150.$ I shouldn’t have to go on line and pay for a filter tower. Hope there will be a decent competitor when this one goes. This is the reason I dropped a star. Like everything else about it.

I have not wanted to convert to the K-Cup Keurig family as I am a lover of coffee and wondered how it would be in the sense of pay off in actual extraction of the caffeine and worried it would be like 'instant coffee with flavor' but I guess I can officially say that I purchased a few different brands of K-Cups to try out like Green Mountain, Gloria Jeans, Dunkin and, Cinnabon and They all actually have been really scrumptious and the pay off is the same as it is in a regular cup of coffee in my old coffee maker. I read reviews before purchasing and the only negative thing I seen others write was that this model isn't compatible with 'off brand k-cups'. I haven't seen 'off brand k-cups' so i guess I wouldn't/couldn't truly comment on that. I do think that my next purchase is going to be a milk frother so that I can make my own little delicious specialty drinks come this fall! And the Sandy Pearl Color adds just a nice classy touch. I was concerned it would be stained with coffee in little time but actually I haven't seen on splash of coffee to even clean as of yet so this is a total WIN!

Love, love, love this coffee machine! The Sandy Pearl color is gorgeous and super good-looking with a neutral color scheme. That said, the machine itself makes great coffee. I do wish it had a larger (than 70 oz) reservoir though. I know the K500 series reservoir holds 10 more ounces but it does NOT come in the Sandy Pearl! And in this case, looks trumps convenience!! PLEASE KEURIG, KEEP MAKING THIS COLOR!!!

Yes it's easy to use easy to program makes a good cup of coffee a good amount of choices for various tastes. It can be a little noiseier then previous models. Color looks great too.

This is a replacement Keurig and I like that it gives you choices like a strong brew and hot cocoa as well as multiple cup sizes. The color is more attractive than the old shiny silver and black.

I bought this new to replace older model of the same brand, Color is very beautiful and it makes better coffee.very happy about it.

I bought this Keurig to replace one that made it almost 3 years. The original was solid and actually had some metal parts. This one is obviously more cheaply made and everything is plastic. The pump noise is much different than the old one as well and significantly noisier. But I'm spoiled and love a single cup of coffee. I looked into other brands and at the ratings and came to the conclusion that you could just as easily get a bad one from another brand as you could from Keurig. The comments on Keurig that specifically concerned me are that it is not made as well and that it quite true. I really don't expect this one to last a year. I really like the pearl color though.

I love this Keurig and all of the new options, but it is much louder than my previously owned Keurigs. I purchased the creamy color and like it much more than the black.

Makes the perfect cup of coffee. And the red color scheme fits in perfectly with our kitchen.

Like the color, pearl, as it matches my kitchen better than a black appliance. Like the memory function that remembers your setting so you don't have to keep clicking the same size or strength changes each time. Like the light in the water tank flashes when you need to add water. Dislike- feels like it takes a little longer than the older versions to be ready if you a doing multiple cups in row.

I had a lower lever Keurig in the past and this Keurig is far better than the previous one. I love using it everyday. The color is awesome. Sounds crazy to say about a Keurig but it looks elegant and color matches anything.

Our second Keurig and it does not disappoint. The size selection, bold feature and larger reservoir are very good. A bonus for us was color matching our kitchen backsplash tile with the Sandy Pearl color. We are happy☺.
