Fifth single serve owned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this Kuerig on moving to new home. Right size, right colour and easy to program. Only problem is that is the first single serve from Keurig that we have purchased that did not have a filter tower or extra filter. When I called the company the rep I spoke to sort of said “Oh, well—“. No explanation. We’ll see how long it lasts without. Fo150.$ I shouldn’t have to go on line and pay for a filter tower. Hope there will be a decent competitor when this one goes. This is the reason I dropped a star. Like everything else about it.

Nice coffeemaker

Great coffee maker

Disappointed that it didn't come with a filter. But, I haven't found a k-cup that doesn't work with this machine. I'll always have a Keurig.

No Filter :-(
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I order this Coffee maker fallowing all reviews and happiness throughout my job, since we got one at my work place, I usually have a regular coffee maker, so I decide to give a shot, I'm happy, the item was delivered on the time indicated, but came without the filter, we didn't notice until my friend came and took a look, I check into the box, but nowhere placed, so I don't know what to do, if call Best buy or call Keurig ?? that's the reason I only gave 4 star, it work niece, but I'm very concern about the filter !!

No carafe?!

If u buy filter use your coffee then use the very high priced pods,it plugs up the very hard to clean needles,had to use supplied cleaning bulb 5 times in a row to get it to work. Bought similar brewer for under25 dollars that works just as well. Was also10 bucks cheaper for same unit at Walmart, Way Overpriced!
