Love it! Little loud, but not that bad at all. Looks and works great which out weighs the odds of sound.

Since purchasing this model a few months back, my wife and I have been very pleased with its performance. We usually make 2 x 8-10 oz cup of coffee. The coffee produced tastes very good. We also like the fact that the water reservoir capacity is quite large (70 oz) so that we don't have to refill the water chamber constantly. The digital touch screen menu is very easy to use. To turn the unit OFF, just touch the touch screen ON/OFF icon for a few seconds. To turn the unit ON, just touch the ON/OFF icon with a little pressure on your finger. Please beware that NOT ALL single cup pods will work. We experienced this when trying to make some ice tea one evening. Also the unit may make a loud sound when heating up the water. The Silver/black color look makes the unit look very sharp and pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend this product if you are in the market for Keurig coffee maker. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but system won't allow this.

This is my second Keurig. the first one was probably 8 years old and was sounding like a freight train going thru my kitchen. This one is super so many more ways to program for on off times, cup sizes just everything about it is super

I love my new Keurig!! I would recommend anyone who loves coffee or tea or both to get one. I can have a great cup of coffee or tea in minutes every morning. I purchased this model due to reading the many good reviews. I don’t think it is noisy when brewing as stated by some. It was simple to setup, use and clean. I like that it has the option to change the strength of the coffee/tea. The only negative thing is the coffee cools quickly.

I love the convenience and ease of use. The door action is much improved over previous Keurig models. This model is noisier than previous models.

I am not a fan of coffee...actually I rather dislike coffee, well, disliked coffee. I began working on my doctorate and realized I was in serious need of caffeine without the added sugar of soda. I now enjoy my coffee. The Keurig K425 is wonderful at brewing a quality cup of coffee. Whether it is your favorite k-cup, or your own grind in the re-usable k-cup filter. Only problem is the needle can become clogged, but the included needle cleaner cleared that problem right up. The water heats up really quickly and the machine brews up fast as well. Some people complain about the machine being loud, but to me that is just trying to find a problem with it...it is not that loud. All around great machine. Have recommended, and will again.

I purchased my first keurig 5 years ago and it unfortunately succumb to its death. The k425 was an awesome replacement and price wise a good deal. It is a little louder than my old platinum model but it brews up to a carafe and has other great options

I replaced my old Keurig with this model. It is great! It is noisy, but works well.

Nice one cup coffee maker that lets you choose 8,10, or 12 oz. heats up water pretty quick. The only con I have found is that this thing sounds like a space shuttle lifting off when it's heating up the water but you get used to it.

I bought this Keurig because my last one started making weird noises when pumping almost like something was loose flapping around and rattling. This new one is by far quieter and looks nicer as well. Only time will tell.

Easy interface and setup. This unit allows for a stronger cup but it is a bit slower brew time. Good unit in general I was hoping they would quiet them slightly..

I love this Keurig and all of the new options, but it is much louder than my previously owned Keurigs. I purchased the creamy color and like it much more than the black.

Just purchased this Keurig, so far it’s been great, makes the coffee fast and hot the reason I didn’t give it 5 it’s just a little noisy.

Like the reviews that I read said before I purchased it yes this Keurig is much louder than the previous one that I had. It also displays errors at random times with authentic 2.0 Keurig cups. I am glad I got this at a decent price otherwise I might have returned it. The random errors are frustrating because they don't clear unless I unplug it. I would only recommend it only if you can get it at decent price.

We have had kerug in the past. This one gets the coffee hotter but is also a little noisy. Still would buy again

I like that I can make one cup at a time and its very quick. Its very loud when its brewing.

Switched from an iCoffee single-cup brewer to the Keurig after my second iCoffee brewer in a little over 2 years quit dispensing water. So we figured we'd give the Keurig a shot. So far, other than being rather loud compared to the iCoffee brewer (the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars), it has performed flawlessly. Time will tell, though, as the Keurig is only a few months old and still under warranty.

Bought this for my parents who own a small business. Their normal coffee machine was not cutting it dl for Christmas decided to get them this model. It works great with all cups even not Keurig branded ones. Also purchased them refillable reusable cups that work great as well!
