    This Keurig is very noisy

    I purchased it because we use Keurigs at work and I love it. I purchased this Keurig for the price. I only read reviews for it after I purchased it and found others complaining about this model being noisy.

      We appreciate your feedback. It is perfectly normal for the brewer to make some noise when pumping the water to brew a beverage. It will also vibrate when it brings water from the outer reservoir to fill the inside tank. The brewer requires a robust pump in order to properly pull the water into the internal tank and adequately pressurize the water to be pushed through the K-Cup pod to ensure proper extraction. At times, the surface on which the brewer sits can increase the brewer noise. We have found that tile, granite or Corian countertops tend to amplify the sound and vibration more than other surfaces. To lessen the noise, we suggest that you place a mat underneath your brewer. KeurigCare

    No carafe?!

    Does not come with carafe ,nor does it come with filter to use your own coffee. If u buy filter use your coffee then use the very high priced pods,it plugs up the very hard to clean needles,had to use supplied cleaning bulb 5 times in a row to get it to work. Bought similar brewer for under25 dollars that works just as well. Was also10 bucks cheaper for same unit at Walmart, Way Overpriced!

    I purchased my Keurig 2.0 in Aug 2017, at first it worked well. In Feb of 2018 I pluged it in one morning and got a white screen. It could not be turned on. I called Keurig and did some trouble shooting but nothing worked. They sent me a replacement unit within a week. Now less than a month later March 2018 the replacement is doing the same as the origional one. On line I found this is a known problem with this model. I will call Keurig again but I dont want another, I do not trust the unit.

    My old Keurig died and I purchased a new Keurig - K425 Brewer 2.0. The new machine is slower than the old one, and my old K-Cups are hit and miss. They don't fit properly in the new coffee maker. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, and now I'm stuck with several cases of the old k-cup coffee......I do like the new menu and a few of the new features, but all in all, the new technology is inferior to the old Keurig coffee pot, and in my opinion, they took a step back on this one.

    Slower than my old unit and no hotter

    Bought this as an upgrade from a Keurig K-Cup machine I'd had since 2015. Liked the fact that this one had temperature control, since my old machine was only putting out warm (not hot) water. But the water from this machine is no hotter at all than the old one, even at the highest setting. Also, at the end of the brew it tends to pause for a good 10 seconds before a last, large squirt of liquid comes out. Overall, not very impressed.

    This is our second Keurig, it's slower and more trouble than the last one, the redesign was a bad idea, the old k cups really don't fit the new coffee maker, and 50% of the time they don't work, so as a result, we're stuck with a lot of K cup coffee we purchased from Keurig that are now worthless. A big step back in my opinion.

    It did what it had to do

    I purchased and it did what it had to do. Which was to make coffee in multiple serving sizes, as for me it got old changing them up and changing whether strong or normal, large or small, so on and so forth. I'm big on coffee and it just didn't work for me putting pod in and out and picking the type of pod. I returned it.

    You have to purchase separately the device that holds the water filters and Best Buy didn't have them. The manager of the area couldn't even find them on their web page, so I found one elsewhere. Who builds a coffee maker without all the parts needed to filter the water? 2.0 Keurig, that's who.

    The Keurig does not seem to work properly. Clear comes out when I am brewing coffee and brown water comes out when requesting hot water. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer defect but it seems to be. I owned a Keurig in the past and it worked great. I will be returning.

    Bought this to replace old Kuerig. Functioned well but it was noisy and the coffee was not hot and there is no way to adjust brewing temperature. Returned it to get a better model, which worked perfectly.

    Love Keurig, this brewer not so much. The design caused us to have to clean the inside every few cups, so we purchased a more upright model the 55. Miss the timer but the coffee tastes better.

    3 of this models in one year. Its last about 4 month of every day used. We using about 3 times a day no more than that. I kept it clean and clean and after every time I brewing anything with sugar. 4 month done. Extra warranty it must for this brand

    Machine did not work out of box. Kept telling me to add water. Called customer support, determined the machine was not working properly. Returned machine to exchange it, did not have this model, exchanged for the K525 ---it works, happy with it.

    This is the second Keurig where the bottom "hole puncher" has snapped off. Lasted a year and a half and is outside warranty. Not sure if i'll purchase a third.

    We had to return this one because it started spitting grounds into the coffee cup. I have tried 3 different Keurigs in the last 6 months and we finally went back to a brew style pot.

    LCD screen had lines and squiggles in it after only 2 weeks of owning. Brought it back to Best Buy for a full refund!
