Like the reviews that I read said before I purchased it yes this Keurig is much louder than the previous one that I had. It also displays errors at random times with authentic 2.0 Keurig cups. I am glad I got this at a decent price otherwise I might have returned it. The random errors are frustrating because they don't clear unless I unplug it. I would only recommend it only if you can get it at decent price.

This is my second keurig I’ve had, I received a warranty replacement for my last one in store and it’s working like a dream. I had to replace it because it wasn’t measuring out water correctly. Not enough in the glass. But I love it and would definitely recommend the protection plan. They are definite worth it. Ps I would clean it with cleaning vinegar, regularly.

My original Keurig was 4 years old when it died. Did some research and replaced it with a 2.0 machine. The new one is slower to brew, noisier and harder to refill. The coffee is nice and hot a flavorful, but I miss my original Keuirg

Typical keurig product. Temp control does not give a really hot cup of coffee even if preheated. Also very noisy. Nice to have 508water dispenser on the side with an improved cover to fill without removing it. I love the color

We are on our second one in the last month. The first lasted less than a week before the LED screen died. The new one has only been running since Christmas so we'll see. When its working it gets a thumbs up but its reliability is questionable.

Its replacing a 5 yearold work horse that finally gave out on me, and I figured after opening it up and seeing all the parts needed for replacement that I needed to buy a new instead and save the hassle. This was the model that replaced it, and so far its by and large and okay machine not great, but does the job. It has a prettier look but doesn't heat the water as well or as fast, and also has a much slower brewing cycle. Oh and its much louder than the B70 platinum plus I had.

I replaced our keurig that we had for several years. It had some issues. This new one is good, I like the color. That is the best thing I like about it. I wish the Newman k-cups were available. We loved their coffee. It changed shortly after we got our first keurig, and now it doesn't taste the same. This keurig seems to leave a residue in the bottom of my coffee cup. So because of the taste, and the residue I gave this an average rating not excellent.

I absolutely loved my first Keurig and thought it could not get any better then this and then it died on me. So well hey time to get a new one thinking it has to get better right???? Wrong 2.0 is just OK Pros: the digital display and all the programmable features. Cons: very very loud and takes longer to brew then my first one.

This swanky touch screened coffee maker is a beauty, however, it won't recognize some of the k-cups (with it's 2.0 sensor) and it is PAINFULLY slow on heating and dispensing water. I still use it, but I've got to start my morning coffee extra early where I'll have it in time for brunch.

The product works as expected and has offered no problem or issues but honestly This model is not worth the extra money. Ultimately the point is you want a cup of coffee quick and the more basic (and cheaper) model does exactly that just as well.

It is slower than my old model and will not work unless it's nearly half filled (will give you a 'add water' message). The cup size is also not consistent. On a positive note, it is quieter than my previous coffee makers and the color is gorgeous.

This product seems to be doing an okay job. Having come from the Cuisinart version this product seems cheaply made. It is very noisy when sucking water and brewing coffee. Hopefully it will last half as long as the Cuisinart one did.

I am surprised with this machine, as this my second one and the previous was perfect, but this one is more noisy unfortunatelly! And could not make Lavazza espresso as the pump stops due to low power!

I like that Keurig because it is pretty easy to use; but I have had 3 Keurigs and they all suffer the same problem. Water blockage and continuous dripping after coffee is done..

Needed a red keurig to match my kitchen theme. Had my previous one for many years. The old one is much quicker and simpler to use. New one is just nicer to look at, but older models function much better.

It does what it should, which is good coffee. For the premium price I would expect premium material/build. Feels plasticy and makes a loud pumping sound for pumping the water from reservoir container.

Works great, much louder for a longer period of time then our old one. The water tank is not as easy to use without spilling but it can be done with some practice. It all feels cheap - alot of plastic.

Works well. Had a tassimo machine before and did not like it but this one we love. Downside is it didn't come with a coffee pot and it was another $30.00 I deducted two stars for that.

It's ok.... I like Bro g able to brew a single cup and even use my own coffee but I get more error messages than coffee! I constantly get "brew interrupted " which is VERY annoying!

We have had a Keurig for 4 yrs and thought it was time for a new one.I. chose the 2.0 just for a improvement. It holds more water and the coffee is good but it is a bit loud.
