Since purchasing this model a few months back, my wife and I have been very pleased with its performance. We usually make 2 x 8-10 oz cup of coffee. The coffee produced tastes very good. We also like the fact that the water reservoir capacity is quite large (70 oz) so that we don't have to refill the water chamber constantly. The digital touch screen menu is very easy to use. To turn the unit OFF, just touch the touch screen ON/OFF icon for a few seconds. To turn the unit ON, just touch the ON/OFF icon with a little pressure on your finger. Please beware that NOT ALL single cup pods will work. We experienced this when trying to make some ice tea one evening. Also the unit may make a loud sound when heating up the water. The Silver/black color look makes the unit look very sharp and pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend this product if you are in the market for Keurig coffee maker. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but system won't allow this.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I bought this for my wife... but I've learned a lot about these things in the last 24hrs Having "drm" in a coffee maker makes me laugh, but it's simple enough to get around - so you can use your non branded k-cups Past that the unit is nice to look at and the touch screen and menu is easy to use, simple to break down and clean It makes a cup of coffee quick (in my case I tried the hot chocolate - it has a setting for those k-cups) and it was pretty darn good If you keep up with regular cleaning and don't slam and abuse the machine you should be fine

Awesome color. Great options for family choices. Fits perfectly under cabinets above. Touch screen is nice. Programmable time-off is a plus. Water dispenser lid seems cheaply made for such fine product. Would like to see stronger lid in future products. Does not accept tall travel mugs or sports bottles. Mine is 8in tall and does not fit even with platform removed. Would like to see more space between platform and brew cup to allow for tall items Slightly loud brew but sounds like purring cat; kids think it's funny/cool ;-)

Bought this Kuerig on moving to new home. Right size, right colour and easy to program. Only problem is that is the first single serve from Keurig that we have purchased that did not have a filter tower or extra filter. When I called the company the rep I spoke to sort of said “Oh, well—“. No explanation. We’ll see how long it lasts without. Fo150.$ I shouldn’t have to go on line and pay for a filter tower. Hope there will be a decent competitor when this one goes. This is the reason I dropped a star. Like everything else about it.

Brews a great cup of coffee & doesn't take up much space. The only thing that disappointed me is that the filter was not included.

My first Keurig is a K50 that I've had for about 6 to 8 months. It is fine. I use it at home everyday. After a while I decided I needed a Keurig for the office. I got this one, the K425 because it was on sale. I was a little apprehensive about getting the 2.0 Keurig after reading some horror stories on the internet. I do a lot of research on my purchases. I absolutely love the K425. Setting the water to automatically preheat before I get in the office is great!. Changing the default setting is perfect. You can even change the background on the display. My default is strong and 10oz. A few of my friends and I use it in my office. We go through about 6 to 7 cups a day. I do have to fill the water everyday but I love being able to have the variety of coffee without making a whole pot. Yes it expensive. I typically pay about 35 to 50 cents a cup because I look hard for K Cup sales. I do use HyVee branded cups for cheaper ones but mainly Keurig Hot Caribou or Starbucks. Love it. I'm waiting for my K50 to break so I can get another K425. Only 4 stars because it's still new(ish). I don't know the durability. Hopefully it will last a long time but we'll see.

I am going to admit that I am not a huge fan of pod coffee or any of the other techie solutions on the market. Yes, they make a half decent cup of coffee, but for the real deal you really should be getting decent beans yourself, grinding them just before brewing, and then using a French Press to get the best coffee you possibly can. The thing is, that takes time, and I don't always have time. These Keurig machines are a good alternative when you're just in too much of a hurry to make a proper cuppa, or you are simply feeling too lazy to do a proper job. So, this machine, it's good. It gets the job done with no fuss. Pop the pod in, make sure it has water, press the button, and voila. I have no complaints on the machine or what it produces. It's not the machine's fault that it can't grind on the spot and use that instead of a pod. The price is fantastic, and it looks great on your kitchen counter.

Easy to use on cleanup is a breeze fast to make hot drinks

This is a great coffee maker the capacity of water is great don't have to fill up very often also the 10 different choices for cup size makes it very nice and the ability to use single cup or Brew multiple cups is great

I selected this product twice - once for my office and again for a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law. It is a good price and offers a variety in the strength of the brew and number of ounces served.

I previously had the K50 and upgraded to this model. So far I have not had any issues. I've been using this Keurig for a month. It's very easy to use and I like the various options to choose cup size by ounces and change the intensity of the brew. ( main reason why I purchased this model) Also the ability to use a carafe is a plus as well as set a timer to start a brew. However, the carafe does not come with the Keurig. It's sold separately. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Had one of these brewers since they first came on the market. This one a bit nicer than previous models especially with the larger water reserve tank. Love my Keurig.

The Good: Brews multiple sizes 6 ozs all the way up to a 4-5 cup carafe.Big water reservoir. Reasonably fast and quiet. The bad: This is my 3rd Keurig brewer in 10 yrs. I wish they were a little more rugged. My last one had a plastic hinge break. Keurig offered a discount on purchasing a new machine directly from them, but Best Buy was still cheaper.

I got this for my mom's birthday and she loves it. It just so nice and easy to use. My daughter loves making herself hot chocolate with it.

Large 70 oz water reservoir, Cuts down on needing to refill constantly. Comes with a carafe, so you can brew a small pot of coffee (requires carafe sized k-cup). After about a year, the needle that pierces the bottom of the kcups broke. Called Keuirg, and got a replacement in 3 days.

It's a nice coffee maker if you don't brew a lot of coffee at a time. It looks nice if you leave it out and isn't an eyesore. It takes a little longer than I'd like to warm up but is very convenient for those of us that just brew a cup or two a day. K-cups are a bit pricey but convenient,

My old unit failed but I was very happy with it. When I picked out this particular unit I wanted temperature control above all else as my unit at the office does not have it and the coffee is practically boiling. This one give you an adjustment with bars like a cell phone. Lower bars, lower temperature. My old platinum unit let me put the actual temperature in it and I miss that but this one works fine.

I replaced my old Keurig with this model. It is great! It is noisy, but works well.

Overall a nice step up from the one I had previously. You can control the strength and size of your beverage as well as temperature. You can also set an alarm and customize your touch display background. The water reservoir is also slightly large which I like.
