Now I can totally spoil myself with this. Love it - works well and fast. The only downside is - the mark for the filling level is not very visible - but after using it a few times I got the 'feel' for it.

I had one that came with the Keurig but it quit working had for quite a few years but this works great and works on the Keurig don’t have to use the base that it came with.

Not bad quality good ,doesn't make great milk frother but its ok

I purchased this because is says easy to clean and it had favorable reviews. I have to scrub this out with a baby bottle brush after each use because the heated feature cooks a film of milk on to the bottom of the inside. It is marketed as having a non-stick coating, but it dose not function in practice. You should not buy this if you plan to use this more than once in the morning as the need to repeatedly wash negates the benefit to the heated function. You can heat the milk separately then froth with the cold, but for 70 dollars, you shouldn’t need to use 2 machines to do one job. I would recommend buying a real espresso machine that steams the milk in a metal pitcher for near the same price.

I was very happy with how it looked on my counter next to my Keurig coffee pot, but it was a let down in every other way. The cup that heats and froths the milk can not be removed from the base, so you have to be careful you don’t splash too much water on it in between each use. When frothing milk for more than one person, usually the second or third time, the milk starts to burn on the bottom of the cup. Worst part, is it does a poor job of frothing. I had tried a few different frothers. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the least expensive hand frother worked the best on soy milk, almond milk, 2% milk, half & half and coffee creamers. Only downside of hand frother is you have to nuke cream in microwave for 20 seconds instead of waiting for keurig frother to heat and froth for 30 seconds.

I have only used it several times. I cannot say that this milk frother is good or bad, because I do not have another one or from another brand to compare. I can say though that it prepares some frothed milk but it ends up with a litttle too much liquid milk on the bottom, in order to give it five stars.
