Unfortunately, not happy with this frother, it works when it wants too. The reason I purchased this item was so I can make cappuccinos or espressos at home, at first it worked beautifully, then all of a sudden, it’s not forming the milk any longer. No, I’m not overworking it either, this item is used only in the morning, once a day during the week. The sad part is it’s Not even a mouth old.

Hi, thanks for your question! If the frother ran its cycle without any issue, then it could be an issue with the milk you are using. Once the milk is opened the fats will begin to break down. This is why you may find the same milk that frothed great days earlier might not froth as well now. You might also consider trying another brand of milk. Barely makes foam. Milk only gets lukewarm. Only use it like 2 or 3 times ahd don't feel motivated to use it.

Several problems with the design. The frother part inside the bowl gums up pretty quickly and needs to be removed to clean it. My hands are too big to be able to get it out easily.
You need to run the frother several times to get the right froth, but have to wait for it to cool down a bit to do so. it is not optimal when you are trying to pour your coffee.
I find the mechanism difficult to clean

Let me start off with how much I love this frother. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and very compact. The milk froths up very quickly, although I do wish it was slightly hotter. I love that it can do hot or cold (only used hot though). I bought this with the Nespresso frother and found that the milk was hotter with this and easier to use. If you're like me and looking for a way of getting that special Starbucks drink at home this is the perfect vessel to get you there. I add my chai tea to the hot milk and viola and perfect chai latte!

This has worked really well for several weeks. Then, for no reason, the "hot" frother button has stopped working. The "cold" still works, but not the hot. I cared/cleaned it exactly as directed. Very disappointing, because when it was working, I was loving it!

Very disappointed with this item. Have had it a few weeks now and it no longer froths the milk. It just heats it. I no longer have the boxing but would like to return .

I purchased this product about three years ago. This product is easy to operate, just need push buttons. It has two choices, hot or cold. The milk bubbling is not thicker as made from steamed milk frother. Although I clean and maintain this frother very carefully, it stopped working after three years.
