I ordinarily LOVE your store, LOVE the products you sell, LOVE the customer service. This time, sorry, but ya’ll bottomed out big time. The ink I received was out of date. And this box of 10? By the time it arrived, I will be able to have used 4 of them and then they all expire. What a waste. It makes me feel like the customer is powerless when it comes to online ordering and someone filling the box w/o looking at expiration dates. On both ink and these that expiration date is important. Ink dries up. It has a shelf life. This stuff has chemicals to counteract chemicals that build up on one’s coffee maker. Those expire. I was very, very disappointed.
