    I have experience in the first month several occasions of “prime” error. I have been on the phone with Keurig customer service on 3 occasions trying to get a permanent solution to the problem but to no avail. Now that I have read other reviews it appears as though this is a common problem and they need to resolve in order to receive better reviews. Makes good coffee but the error is a real nusiance

    This is the 4th Keurig brewer I have owned, having given two away as gifts. I love the first three, but there is an issue with the priming mechanism on this one. I'm considering returning it and picking up another.

    My fiancé and I are coffee lovers and wanted to go the Keurig route and decided in this unit. We have yet to experience problems and it does a great job at providing single serve coffee via k-Cups. The only thing about this unit that could use some work is the water capacity, which lacks. Otherwise the Keurig is a great upgrade from older coffee makers and make for great gifts!
