Had to return - to difficult for visitors to use.

I found that my company could not use it effectively, and had a lot of difficulty getting the appropriate size coffee to drink. Since it seemed "complicated" for them to use, I decided to return and get the larger Keurig that was easier to use.

Decent coffee
