Great price for a remote for SimpleSafe security system

This is really easy to use and install. It also looks slick

This is a very good unit to have. You can shut off the alarm with the push of the button or select away which gives you 1 minute to exit the house. Doesn’t matter when you drive home and pull into the garage and press the off button before you get to the door to enter your house. It makes it simple and easy. Love it!!

My starter kit came with two fobs, but I needed a third. SimpliSafe makes it very easy to add new products or devices to your existing home system. Their pricing of new devices is very reasonable and the set took less than 30 seconds to have my system recognize the new fob and give it a nickname. The nickname allows me to see which fob was used to do what to the alarm system along with when the fob button was pressed.

Needed a spare fob and got this easily set up as a spare. Works just as needed.

Works like a charm to arm and disarm the security system. The key fob has to be registered with your specific system, and so someone else with another key fob could not arm and disarm your system. Keys are recessed enough that I have not had a single accidental arming or disarming. I purchased a second one to supplement the single one that came with my system.

This fob is very handy and easy to use due to it's size. It can be added into your key bunch and it's so light, you barely feel the weight in your pocket. The only negative is that it is missing an alarm button.

Worked great with our existing SimpliSafe system. Found this to be a more cost effective way to arm system instead of buying another keypad. Yes, we can also use the app but sometimes with spotty internet it takes forever for the phone to connect…so an extra key fob that we keep on the nightstand was a quick and affordable alternative!

I have 2 kids and whenever we get home not is a crazy rush to disarm the alarm as they usually hop out before I park the car. This cuts down on the craziness. You can also disable the panic button in the software after you pair it because I was concerned with it activating in my pocket.

My system when I received it did not came with the keyfob. If you want a little bit of convenience, I would recommend getting one so that you do not need to go to the keypad all the time to arm or disarm. So far I gotten 2 keyfobs. Since my keypad is near my front door, I have to have a keyfob in the master’s bedroom.

SimpliSafe at the time of reviewing this only offers the ability to have five different PIN numbers for different people to use. We have a small office with eight employees so we purchased three of these for the employees without PINs. They are small and easy to use. It fits our needs perfectly.

Love the key fob. It makes it so easy when my dog needs to go outside in the middle of the night. Just press “off”, and then to turn it on, just press “home”.

I got the key fob as a supplement to my Simplisafe alarm system. I now have one for each member of the household. Easy to set up and use; it makes arming and disarming the alarm a breeze. It seems to be of good quality build. You can assign customized names to better keep track of the users. Satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this for the spouse as she was unhappy with using the app or having to walk over to the base key pad across the house. It is extremely straightforward and simple and performs its one single function very well: on / off. That's what it does. On. Off.
