Happy with item but mounting system design & instructions were rubbish (keyboard has two mushroom shaped mounting pins that must be clipped into corresponding adaptors on rear of tablet). Two weeks after keyboard was fitted, the tablet screen glass cracked (despite tablet never being dropped or impacted).

Another think I couldn't quite figure out. But it's OK I guess.

Returned item.due to not working correctly to keep the tab safe.

It's easy to connect to the Tab S2. However, it does not work well or work at all when using apps. Being that I use apps more than the internet this is a problem. Because it was on clearance, I decided to keep it. Not worth full price!

The keyboard doesn't fit the tablet. #1 The little nubs that are supposed to attach tablet and keyboard are really difficult to line up. #2 once you do get them "connected", they don't stay...at all. So with the case flat, I "connected" the two...closed the case, picked it up, and the keyboard slipped out. #3 when using the case as a kickstand, the nubs did not match up. Honestly, I don't know how anybody thought the nubs would hold, or why they wouldn't measure this. (I put quotes around connected because when you first slip them together after five minutes of sliding the tablet around, it's very obvious this isn't going to hold)

The case itself is nice. Would be nice to have a sleeve inside of it for papers, receipts, ect. Bluetooth is fickle, sometimes it works and some times it doesn't. Tablet also does not attach very securely.

It does not function as cover, this is just a soft-keyboard, it does not have anything to hold the tablet when carrying the tablet inside. Too expensive for just a keyboard.

I did not like this keyboard. I returned it to the store and purchased a different kind. It was hard to keep the tablet in the upright position with the keyboard.

I was skeptical about buying this item for my new Samsung tablet S2 based on the reviews. After working with it and using It for class, and to write this review, I have grown to like It. It does take some getting used to, so if you give it some time and work with it I think you'll enjoy this item. As a student, it's a great set-up for class/taking notes on word/PowerPoint. Although the pricing Is steep; I believe this is a great accessory for the new Samsung tablet S2

its ok. annoying that the whole case is not magnet. the mouse on the keypad has to be reconnected each time the keyboard is turned on. very annoying

I was really hoping for something usable, but the keys are too close together for men's fingers. Keys need to be a bit largers.

noticed some of the keys were backwards, hit @ and " would come up. went to tke it back and was told too bad

I generally give items Im interested in purchasing the benefit of the doubt when it comes to reviews. I have purchased many items with subpar reviews and have been very satisfied with the purchase, however, this cover held up to everybody elses bad reviews as I returned it the second day. Dont waste your time folks. Samsung, please re-vamp this design and fix the issues.

This should be ZERO STARS!! Should have read the reviews beforehand, after 5 weeks of use, it no longer pairs and is outside Best Buy return policy.....which is why Best Buy will go bankrupt!!! It cannot compete with return policies of Amazon, Google or Costco! The device should be taken off shelves and resellers should refuse to sell until it is fixed. Very poor!

Too bulky, always needs charged up, fell is cheap.

I do not recommend this product. Not only do i find myself using the touchscreen keyboard, this one is too small. The magnets in the cover interfere with my mobile phone and you have to remove the keyboard if you want to fold the cover back on itself. Not worth the money at all.

I am not able to align the cover with my Samsung Tablet. Even though it is a Samsung product, it does not appear to be made to fit properly. I don't want to take the chance the tablet will fall out and damage the device so I have relegated it to doorstop status.

I could not get this stand properly configured to hold the tablet. It is well built, but the instructions do not convey how to use it. I also read the reviews and it seems a lot of people have the same problem. I returned it along with the tablet.

The magnets on the case lock the screen when folding the keyboard behind the tablet. Went to best buy and contacted Samsung and both failed to fix the issue after spending all that money for the tablet and case. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I should've read the reviews first. It worked great for a few hours then wouldn't work again. I brought it back for refund, after reading reviews. I opted not to replace it for another non working one. Definitely NOT worth the money
