The cover was a great price but after attempting several times to lock it onto my Galaxy Tab it came loose or apart far too often. I returned it a few days later.

Unfortunately, not my usual Best Buy experience, but I am returning it tomorrow. Could not get it to work and the on line reviews note many had the same issue.

This tective case and keyboard. It is so inconvenient to use and provides no protection for my tablet it is basically useless.

Sorry to say though it looks great, it doesn't hold the tablet securely, I had to return it

I returned this item because it wouldnt hold the tablet in place it kept collapsing.

I first bought the Samsung Galaxy A 9.7 and an after market keyboard case. The combination worked terribly. I returned both and bought a 2 in 1 laptop. Only problem is I HATE WINDOWS 10. So I returned that and bought the Galaxy S2 9.7 with this SAMSUNG keyboard case. The case fits great and the keyboard is just the right size, but I have this weird problem of the curser either jumping back up into previous text or to the address line in the email below when I hit the SHIFT key. This has become VERY annoying as I don't always watch what's appearing on the screen. I don't know what button I'm also hitting when using the SHIFT key to cause this curser jump.

Returned, tablet would not stay charge. Went back to apple

i purchased this for my tab s2 lte because they didnt have the actual book cover. having own the tab s and the hard keyboard i decided to give this a try. at first i thought it was great, until added to the tablet it weighed a ton it seriously adds weight to the device. putting the thing on was hell i mean you have to put it on a flat surface and apply a good amount of pressure which scared me and almost felt like i would break my tablet trying to put this on. for a few days the keyboard worked well until it stopped responding. for almost 150 dollar you expect this to have lighted keyboard yet it doesnt. in all i was left wanting it to be more and as a user spending that amount of money you should expect more. returned it seeing how i had warranty on it and just for my money back and got the book cover. so if your looking for a keyboard know this will add weight to it, the battery last about a day or less and you may run the chance of the keyboard not responding at all. just find another one and one that cost less and will do just the same. save your money trust me you will thank me later =)

Good improvement over touchscreen. Wish tabs were spaced on tablet and keyboard to allow for both landscape and portrait mounting. Dropped tablet once because you can only secure tablet on cover in landscape mode. Otherwise, it just sits on kickstand. Overall very good compliment to Tab S2

It's a very nice keyboard case, and I really wish that mine worked. I purchased it September 10th, about a day after I received my Samsung Tab S2 9.7 in the mail. For $149.99 I expected it to last longer than 2 weeks. The issue with mine is that it will NOT hold a battery charge. If I leave it plugged in while using it then it works perfectly fine, but if I unplug it (even after a full charge) it dies within 20-30 minutes. I can only assume that 20-30 minutes of usage is not what Samsung is aiming for.

Since this is all that is available now I purchased it with new Tab S2. I have been extremely disappointed with battery life. I charged it all night and it only lasted a day and a few hours the next of moderate office use. It also has no backlight. Prior keyboard cases from Logitech and Zagg have lasted weeks on a charge. But key layout, functions, etc. are all great. I will just have to charge it daily.

This is a great keyboard but it does take some time getting used to. It dies REALLY fast if you leave it on. The on off switch is very small and on the side rather than on the top, so sometimes I forget to turn it off. It is also extremely difficult to attach at first.

Much to my surprise I can't register this Samsung keyboard in my Samsung Account. The Registration page doesn't accept the S.N. An hour on the phone with Samsung support was a farce. Is this a real Samsung product or is it counterfeit? Samsung is supposed to get back to me in several days. The product is nice so far, and I have only had it drop the sync once in three days of use. Time will tell if it was a useful purchase. Until the registration issue is cleared up I couldn't recommend purchasing the product.

It doubles the weight and thickness, and does not help a lot. The touch pad doesn't work as well as laptop ones. I would recommend the regular cover and another keyboard such as Logitech Keys-to-go.

Great faux leather case with a bluetooth keyboard that includes a trackpad. The keyboard is removable too so if you want to use it as a standalone case it works too. Just be aware to attach the case you got to use a good amount of pressure to snap it on.

This cover is heavy duty and I feel safe that it's going to protect my tab!

Wanted a good Samsung tablet that had a great display and was fast. Also wanted a good keyboard and cover too. Extra feature is the touch pad on the keyboard. Perfect combination.

I bought this keyboard but the keyboard makes the tablet combo too heavy. Otherwise it's fine but the keyboard for the S2 doesn't comapre to the new S3 keyboard that is much lighter, a good combo.

I really like this case, but it was so hard to get my tablet "snapped" into it I ended taking it back to the store and had them do it. It literally felt like I was going to break the tablet trying to snap it in. Case looks and works well, though.

I purchased the keyboard to use along with my Samsung galaxy tab S2. I do enjoy using it but I wish it kept the tablet in place. If you open it took quickly the tablet tends to fall out. Other than that it's a great product.
