Amazing quality and sound. Responsiveness is crazy fast and adjustable.

QMK compatible, HE Switches, and TKL design, if I could swap in a rotary knob in place of the RGB button it would be literally the perfect keyboard. 9/10, amazing feeling keys, and with QMK the sky is the limit as far as modifications and customizations go. But I happily replaced my bright yellow Q1 Pro, with this to dip my toes into the HE world, and compared to the other options, nothing is quite as good. Good job keychron, now where’s my K2 Pro with the knob?!

Overall the keyboard was great until after just shy of four months, the 9 key quit working. I swapped the switches with another working key and no luck. Something wrong with the board itself. Keychron has terrible customer service.

Keyboard is great if it works, constantly have issues with the keys not working.

This is the second keyboard from Keychron I've received out of the box defective. The first board was purchased at an out of state MicroCenter so I had no easy way to return it. Luckily, they sent me a brand new one without requiring a return of the defective board. I had also sent an email to Keychron's "Customer Service" department hoping to get the issues I was experiencing sorted out. Long story short, don't bother.

faulty keyboard right out of the box spoke with customer service and they couldnt suggest anything but resetting the keyboard by holding Fn J+Z this didnt fix the issue. I tired removing the keycap and the switch and re seating it in the socket and still got the same results. This board has a nice build and buttery smooth switches such a shame that it didnt pan out the way i was hoping i guess ill stick with my Varmillo.

Having used this keyboard for a few months now for gaming and video editing daily for 8-12 hours. I'm a little disappointing. Keychron has some ROCK SOLID keyboards in their line up but this one has given me intermittent Bluetooth issues since day 1. The battery life is atrocious and the USB port is super sensitive and constantly disconnects for those of you who move keyboards often depending on your task. One other quirk is that some games recognize the keyboards onboard software as a game pad and Steam and various games only recognize input from the keyboard. Its been a nightmare to figure out how to disable it. Lots of people on Reddit suffer from the same issue. I think the color way with the teal escape key looks really sharp but the experience is lack luster for power users. Its like have a beautiful car that handles terribly :/
